"No es precisamente un gran hotel. No era lo que esperábamos en absoluto. El hotel principal está a 500 metros de una playa bastante cutre, rocosa y con acceso limitado al mar. La mayoría de las habitaciones son pequeños chalets de una sola habitación, dispuestos en filas en el jardín, cada uno con un diminuto espacio exterior. Una habitación doble superior con vistas al jardín es una descripción un tanto exagerada. No hay wifi ni en la habitación ni en el hotel principal. El personal de recepción es correcto, pero muchos otros parecen estar de mal humor. Todo el lugar da una sensación de descuido. El menú del restaurante tenía poca variedad. La piscina es pequeña para el número de huéspedes y la zona de la playa no tiene sombra, así que te quemas con el sol. No está a la altura de su descripción y es demasiado caro. No lo recomendaría. Si no hubiéramos pagado por adelantado, habríamos buscado otro sitio."

"Hotel nuevo, hermoso y lujoso. Habitación muy cómoda con sábanas impecables y dos televisores de 50 pulgadas. Nos recibieron con aperitivos, fruta y un pastel. Piscina y spa excelentes. Servicio impecable. Una joya en Ostuni. ¡No se lo pierdan!"

"Este es uno de mis lugares favoritos en los que me he alojado como viajera sola. Me encantó. Pasé 4 noches aquí en temporada alta para visitar a unos amigos, pero también estaba trabajando de forma remota. El wifi y el aire acondicionado eran geniales para esto, lo cual fue muy importante para mí. El edificio está perfectamente ubicado y presentado: en un edificio histórico pero con interiores y diseño modernos. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y me encanta la distribución y las comodidades. También era una calle muy tranquila. El desayuno era fabuloso, especialmente los pasteles y el personal (Silvia en particular, que organizó un check-in tardío y un taxi al aeropuerto para mí) fue muy amable y servicial. Sin duda me quedaría aquí de nuevo, ¡ahora el listón está muy alto!"

"We wanted to stop in this characteristic Apulian city, Ostuni, to relax and rest after travelling. This residential complex is ideal, clean, with attention to the smallest details and very welcoming. The young manager Antonio is good, very helpful and knowledgeable in providing advice. We will return to this location to stay in the trulli which are available with a jacuzzi tub. Highly recommended!"

"English: Structure surrounded by greenery, overlooking a quiet street not far from the center of Ostuni. The owners, Giuseppe and Mina, manage it directly with passion and professionalism, always trying to satisfy customers and make them feel at ease. I must say that they succeed very well. The cleanliness is impeccable and the linen is changed daily. My husband and I even stayed 4 nights and we didn't have time to tell Mrs. Mina not to change the sheets after the third night (as expected) because she had already changed them after the second!! The service is impeccable, every day there are fresh products (mostly prepared by the owners or collected on site) and guests can enjoy friselle with oil and dried tomatoes or a slice of homemade cake at any time of the day or night. The rooms are spacious. In short, we couldn't have asked for better for a service worthy of an excellent hotel without the rigidity of the hotel. Definitely to be repeated!"

"Beautiful and tranquil. Very comfortable stay, in a clean, spacious trulli. My children made use of the pool and garden. The breakfast was delicious Italian continental style. Quiet location but no further than 15min away from a town (Cisterno). It is a great central location for exploring from. The hostess was kind and always helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
