"We have been to Aruba 2 years in a row and have stayed at this Airbnb both times. We wanted to stay somewhere affordable, rent a car, and be able to explore all that the island offers. Beaches, historic sites and all the wonderful foods available. The pool is very refreshing, apts are perfect for any length stay, and the owners/hosts are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are looking for something other than the all inclusive reports, I highly recommend Sunway Aruba Apts."

"¡Excelente lugar para alojarse en Aruba! El personal lo reconoció con una sonrisa y un saludo, Muy amable me atendió una chica llamada Joally Ventura por cierto personas así deben de tener todo los trabajo con ese carisma de ella muy amable. Dan ganas de volver excelente ser humano. Con respecto al lugar. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Los terrenos siempre se mantienen en buen estado. Está justo enfrente de la playa. Los camareros también eran geniales. Eran personas chévere alegres. Recomendaría este lugar para quedarse durante su visita a Aruba. Pero sobre todo me gusto el servicio al cliente que tienen, esas personas merecen reconocimiento, en especial Joally fue muy amable me ayudó cuando más necesite. ¡Nos vemos pronto! ¡Paradise Beach Villas!"

"The amenities listed for Chez Lilly, Aruba are a total lie! We only stayed 2 nights of our 8 night stay. We were never put into the room I reserved and paid for. This place is out of date, filthy, and lacks any of the boasted about amenities. No on-site parking, no cooked to order breakfast, no top of the line toiletries, no plush bathrobes, no bath towels unless you rented them. The sheets are advertised as Egyption cotton. I had more cotton in my q-tipp than those sheets. In fact our 1st night didn't even have a bathroom in our room! No television , no refrigerator, which was needed to store medication. We couldn't even lock our door for safety or secure our belongings. It was a sliding glass door, without a way to lock it at all. Everything was filthy the walls, doors, lampshades, the floors. The wRdrobes for storing our clothing in were falling apart, the backs coming off of them and exposed nails sticking out. The other thing they boast about is a pillow menu. Our pillows were barely pillows, and there were not any menus to order better ones. No hairdryer, or an outlet to plug it into. God forbid you run your A/C she will hound you constantly about turning it off. One of the many times that she knocked on the door and just walked right in to the room she saw we had 2 electric strips strung together for a CPAP machine. She was so concerned about us using the electricity. The next day she did move us to a room with a bathroom and kitchenette. After my husband got frustrated with her after she tells us we have to stay in the no bathroom room one more night. We rented a 2 king bed suite. She told us that she gave it to another family because she wanted to help other families out that didn't have a place to go. Nevermind that we planned, paid for in advance. It was Carnival time and Valentine's weekend there were no other places available on the island. We honestly considered just sleeping in our car. I posted pictures on the ******* app to show what we were dealing with, but those some how do not show up. I will say that the pool and garden were pleasant. The flowers and other plants were very nice. That was all that was nice. The pool is the only amenity that was listed correctly. Be careful if you book a suite because the words are twisted to make you think you are getting a small private pool with the suite rental. By Sunday of our trip we were able to contact ******* and find an open place to save our trip. The owner has read our review and says that she is sure that it is a mixup because none of that happened. We must be talking about someplace else."

"Esto no es un hostal. ¿Cómo puede Trip.com anunciar un lugar como este como hostal? El dueño llegó a las 4 de la tarde, pero cuando llegué un poco antes, ni siquiera me dejó entrar. Me exigió dinero que ni siquiera le había mencionado, metió a ocho personas en una habitación e incluso obligó a una mujer a acostarse con él. Cuando le dije que quería cancelar, se negó incluso a darme el dinero que había recibido por adelantado, diciendo que eran impuestos. Incluso llegó a decir que se iba, diciendo que era culpa suya. Dijo que no podía reembolsarme porque no había pagado el alojamiento completo. Pagué todo el alojamiento, así que ¿de verdad merecía tanto? Al final, desistí de pagar el alojamiento y los impuestos y me insultaron al irme. Esta fue la peor, la peor, la peor experiencia que he tenido en 30 años. Esto no es un hostal. Es un estafador. ¿Cómo puede anunciar un lugar como este? ¿Trip.com realmente está haciendo un buen trabajo? No es la primera vez que me pasa. La última vez, me hicieron esperar fuera cinco horas, así que renuncié a mi alojamiento prepagado y reservé otro. Pero esta vez, no había alojamiento, así que no tuve más remedio que esperar y volver. Y ahora me tratan así. Quiero demandar a Trip.com."

"Nos encontramos en una situación de inconveniente, pero no nos encontramos en una situación de inconveniente. No fue problema, pero cuando llegamos, dijeron que nos habían informado de no haber mostrado ningún espectáculo y, por lo tanto, abandonaron nuestra suite, aunque todavía estaba disponible. Nos ofrecieron una habitación con camas de camas y camas reinas para nuestra familia de 6. Se nos dijo que no podíamos tener comida ni bebida en la habitación y todos los 3 refrigeradores no funcionaban.
