"We made a last minute dinner booking and we were delighted that they could take a group of 8 adults/children at short notice. We were even more delighted when we learned that children ate free for their main course!! The food was really good and the staff very efficient as well as being friendly. We were given a large table in a room off the main dining area as it was really busy which suited us perfectly. For value for money especially with children and a great meal, I would highly recommend!!"

"My wife and I had a two night stay at this excellent hotel. It is in a superb location, just a two minute walk to the harbour, and beach, and at the start of the High Street. There is also free car parking just a minutes walk away. Our room was a decent size and provided us with everything we required for our stay. There was a good selection at Breakfast and everything was cooked beautifully. An indicator of how good the breakfast is, is the number of locals eating here. We didn't have dinner here, eating elsewhere with friends, but the restaurant was busy on both nights we stayed. In fact the restaurant was busy throughout the whole day serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. We definitely recommend No. 12 and will certainly be back."
