Didn’t have the seasonings it stated it had, tiny inconvenience. Everything else was amazing. It was clean and well organized. I like how the kitchen came stocked with almost everything you’d need to cook a good meal. The open sliding doors to the balcony was one of my favorite things!

I’ve stayed in the pent house suite a few times now and I’ve always had a great time! I never hear any other guests, and the traffic is quiet. My only complaint is the cleaning fee. Nearly $100 and there’s always a thick layer of grime/dust below the television, and under all the cabinets/stove/any ledge in the room. Takes me out of the experience to be honest.

4.5/5 Great location! Near restaurants, safe neighborhood, quiet atmosphere. The bed was the most comfortable night sleep I have had in my adult life. Yes, that dramatic. My only take away is there are only 7 parking spaces in the back. So if you leave for lunch or return back after running errands you will have to park on the street in front of the building and take the stairs in the foyer to the back elevator. The shower pressure was 8/10 and could have had more towels for a 3 day stay. Please book this 121 Nashville Airbnb.

This place was absolutely amazing I could not have asked for a better stay considering the situation that my family was in town for. We needed the perfect piece of quiet while feeling secure away from home this place is level of security was absolutely amazing and their rooms are even better the studio apartment we had stayed in was a studio of course but it was up to date modern the bathroom mirror was as big as the bathroom wall and it was huge! My favorite part along with the wives was the shower it was a walk-in nice tiled beautiful big glass door with double shower heads we couldn't believe it it was definitely worth staying here I will be back hopefully with better intentions our son had a car wreck so it wasn't pleasure for us this trip

Good location and felt safe. Only about a ten minute drive to downtown. Close to the Parthenon which was a nice place. I wish I had been able to know more of the room location at booking. Our room was in the back on ground level. That was nice for unloading/loading, but it was a dark room with the windows blocked by shrubs.

Rented the second floor for my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had 15 friends and family ranging in ages of 21-50. Everyone loved the place. It was the perfect set up for a large group. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and each room had their own very nice bathroom. They were very attentive and checked in via text a few times to make sure everything was going well, which is great service! The location is great. We always felt safe and were able to walk to the park and view the Parthenon. Starbucks and some local restaurants were an easy walk as well. For downtown, we always had an Uber show up within 2 minutes and it was just a 10min low cost ride to shopping, broadway street and top golf.

The rooms were large and each had great bathroom and closet space! The beds and couch were very comfortable and never heard noises from neighbors. The kitchen was very well stocked with glasses, plates and bar station. The staff was great with all communication!

Very nice place, well appointed. Large living area for our group of 8. Was able to get to Broadway quickly. WiFi was out though, which was a bummer. Most rooms had large showers with double shower heads. The bed in room 303 was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
