Holston House in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

The hotel was nice and location was convenient. Once we checked out we were hit with over $300 of fees. We didn’t get room service, use the phone, order any movies, so the bill was quite a shock. The only thing we knew would be an additional fee would be parking but even that wasn’t what was stated on the website. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and the fees left sneaky.

Gorgeous place and we will be back!

Our first time staying here. It was a nice and clean facility. The only thing I was unhappy about was a $30 destination fee added to your bill that you have to pay upfront and the parking you have to pay to stay there. We sayed 5 days and it would have cost us an additional $470 to park in their lot. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Five stars isn’t enough! Great pool, restaurants, and bar. The happy hour cocktail was amazing!

The staff was great! The front desk staff was super helpful and when we left with our luggage Luke, William, Owen and William helped take it to the curb then loaded it into our Uber. That’s exceptional service!

Staff is wonderful. The room is perfect for a trip to Nashville. It has everything by you need as you know you will be out and about.

Room was great. Comfy beds. Drink hour was great and loved all the staff. The bar and restaurant was fantastic. Great experience!

The room was nice size, beautiful bathroom. In good amenities. Happy hour in the lobby every day where they serve the guest, free drinks. Friendly staff, very helpful, and always so nice.
