Baymont by Wyndham Nashville

I stayed at the Baymont in Nashville, and it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The Internet was super fast. It was a great experience overall. I would recommend, and I will stay here again. Location is close to the highway which is nice.

🚨 DO NOT PARK HERE – MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED & BAYMONT DID NOTHING 🚨 I booked parking at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport through Global Airport Parking, trusting that my vehicle would be in a safe and secure lot while I traveled. Baymont even advertised their lot as “completely safe” parking. Instead, when I returned, I found my car vandalized, my window shattered, and my interior soaked from days of exposure to rain. The worst part? Baymont staff knew. They had my contact information on file, and they had assured me that they would notify me immediately if anything happened to my vehicle. But they didn’t. Baymont directed me to park in the section of their lot with NO cameras, despite having a covered, camera-monitored section available. I later learned from the front desk that multiple cars had been broken into recently, meaning they were fully aware this was a risk—and still did nothing to prevent it. The front desk also told me the manager was “working with the police,” but when I called, the police had NO record of any report being filed. So, let me be clear: They knowingly put me in the most vulnerable part of their lot, failed to protect my vehicle, and then lied about their involvement with the police. I reached out to General Manager Juan (CJ) Moore to request a refund of my parking fees and reimbursement for my insurance deductible—at the very least, I expected some accountability for their failure to take action. They ignored me. This hotel had every opportunity to do the right thing. They chose to do nothing. And instead of addressing my complaint, they silently changed their parking listing to remove the “completely safe” claim, trying to cover their tracks rather than take responsibility. I want anyone considering parking here to know: Your car is NOT safe at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport. And if something happens to it, they will NOT help you. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value your vehicle, your peace of mind, and even basic human decency—park somewhere else.

Our stay at Baymont in Nashville was superb! We got in late and the service at the front desk couldn’t have been better - so helpful and got us to our room asap. The room itself was super clean. The beds were plush and comfy and the room had a rather large mini fridge which was super helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Please save your health and dignity, and do not stay here! We booked two rooms online ahead of time. When we showed up, the property was absolutely NOTHING depicted on the online representation. Total shambles. At check-in, I was told they take a $100 per room “incidentals” deposit…which there was no mention of at booking, and that deposit would be refunded to my card 5-7 business days after checkout. Then we got to the rooms, and were met with bare-bones, bleak accommodations…platform metal beds, horrifying mattresses, gigantic spiders in both rooms. But, the cherry on top was the people right below us smoking crack in their car and in front of their room so it wafted up to our room. Not to mention all the other “interesting” characters wondering around. We immediately went down to the desk and let them know we were not staying there, and requested full refund of the room charges and the $200 deposit. After speaking to the GM on the phone, he refused to issue the refund on the room rate, and said he would return the deposit after 5 business days. We left immediately and went to another hotel. Wyndham should shut this property down! What an embarrassment to a former great brand. One bright spot…the young lady working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I could tell she wanted to do the right thing and refund our money, but the GM would not permit her to. She should be the GM of that place and I believe she would have it in shape in no time.

Absolutely disgusting. Don't stay here. Everything was dirty, stained, and smelled like smoke. The pictures are NOT even close to how the rooms look or the location for that matter. Go somewhere else. Not to mention that the staff was useless and the general manager never got back to me about a refund, even though they told me I would get one.

You are by the airport but do not hear the planes which is a good thing. All rooms are outside which for TN is stupid and annoying. The rooms are half the size of other Baymont Inn rooms so you are falling all over your luggage and family. The absolute worst part is the tub. I was alone in the room (my hubby and son took off for Holiday World) I was showering for a concert in Nashville when I fell in the tub. It was so slippery it took me almost a half hour to get out and no, there wasn't conditioner or soap on the shower bottom. The tubs are just really slippery. I made it to the concert even though my whole right side from thigh to ribs were starting to show bruises. We drove home the next day and I say my doctor the following morning. He doesn't want to put me through x-rays until the pain subsides so pain pills for a stay at home mom with a special needs son who is bigger than her. Fun! Do not shower alone at this hotel. You could die. I'm only 44 and I thought I was going to. Also the mattresses were old and on the bathroom counter we found a gross hair that didn't belong to us. There is NO microwave of fridge in the room either. And if you are an electronic family (who isn't) bring split chargers, very limited outlets.
