"Pros: New room, smart amenities throughout, clean and tidy. Breakfast was average. Close to the train station. Cons: I specifically requested a quieter room at check-in, but was given a very noisy street-facing room. The room next door was playing cards, making a lot of noise. Only after I asked for it was we moved. The room we were moved to was very stuffy, perhaps because it hadn't been occupied for a while or for some other reason. The air conditioning only cooled."

The linen on the bed was comfortable, but it was a shortcoming. It was recommended that the hotel change the brand of toilet paper supplied. The quality was slightly inconsistent with the hotel's grade. The hotel's front desk service was very welcoming and made people feel at home. Due to the child's discomfort, check-out was delayed appropriately. All in all, it is highly recommended to stay."
