«Very friendly staff. I was there off season, so there where no more shuttle busses available. Since the hotel is directly near the slopes, there are no direct shops near by. And you have to either walk 20 minutes to the nearest Lawson or take a taxi. I liked the japan-western style room. The owner was so kind to take me to the Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort which is only a short drive around the corner. There is also a Ski Resort just next to the hotel but it was already closed for the season.»

«The staff tried their best but their English proficiency was a problem. Having to catch shuttle buses to the ski fields every day was frustrating - they were usually very crowded and infrequent (even though we travelled there out of peak season). The hotel was out of the ski boot size that one of our group needed. There was very limited (hardly any) vegetarian food available even though we had requested it before departure (some of our group were vegetarians). There were no English speaking television stations. The hotel was beautifully presented with great housecleaning and the onsen was much appreciated.»

«It's a really good place to stay for your skiing trip to Hakuba. But it's not in the main town, it's too far to walk so you can take the morning and afternoon shuttle bus (set times) provided by the lodge or an Uber for around 1900 yen≥ The rooms are really good size and comfortable, the public baths were clean and very pleasant. The breakfast was not really suitable for vegans, we had white bread, jam and green salad most mornings. If you're vegetarian they provide egg. The free tea and coffee was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.»

«My wife and I had an excellent stay at hotel hakuba. It was easy for us to access the neighbouring ski resorts using the free shuttle bus provided by the ski resorts. The breakfast had a good spread and an even better view. One negative feedback is that the beds in the double room is quite uncomfortable.»

«Este viaje a White Horse se alojó en tres hoteles, a cargo de japoneses, europeos y estadounidenses. Esta casa es la más satisfactoria. En primer lugar, el hotel elegido por los japoneses en Hakuba debe ser mejor que el de los europeos. No importa la limpieza del hotel o el entusiasmo del jefe. Esta pareja de ancianos japoneses lleva más de 30 años administrando una casa de familia. A primera vista, el jefe ha acumulado muchos años. La casa de familia ocupa dos villas unifamiliares, ¡y el jefe es dueño de un autobús! Los dos nos sentamos en el autobús exclusivo para disfrutar del servicio de recogida y devolución. Mi barbilla estaba asustada. Nunca vine a Baima para ver el autobús del hotel. La ubicacion es genial. A cinco minutos a pie del campamento base, una de las principales paradas de autobús de Hakuba. Si va a Wuxi 47, será más conveniente. Además de la habitación. Es muy grande y tiene su propio inodoro separado (incluido el baño), que no está disponible en muchos hoteles de estilo japonés. El único defecto de la habitación era para nosotros dos, pero solo había dos camas individuales y ninguna cama grande. Cuando me registré, nos dieron una nueva habitación familiar. También tenía tres camas individuales, así que tal vez no haya una habitación doble. La habitación que reservamos no incluía las comidas. El desayuno costaba 600 yenes por persona. Pensamos que no era caro y lo probamos. Em, solo había una rebanada de pan tostado y cereal de leche con café ilimitado, lo cual era demasiado monótono y no valía la pena probarlo. Es mejor salir unos cientos de metros para comprar el desayuno cerca del campamento base. Finalmente, el propietario está muy entusiasmado (esta es la ventaja de todas las familias japonesas). Hay manzanas locales a la venta en la recepción. El precio de 100 es una conciencia. Me quedé 3 noches y comí 5 manzanas. Fue muy dulce.»

«We love Hakuba so much even in green season. Looking forward to visit Hakuba in winter and green season again! The receptionist is friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle free.Room is big. We stay a night only here. But looking forward to go back to Hakuba in green season and winter. At least must spend 3 nights there! Driving is recommended to explore Hakuba.»

«Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.»

«Hotel familiar, el hotel es muy simple, el transporte es muy conveniente, la habitación está fría y caliente y es imposible tomar una ducha. Pero las aguas termales del hotel son excelentes y el desayuno es delicioso. El jefe es familiar. Pero no se puede decir que la víspera de Año Nuevo de 1600 sea rentable»

«Apartamento limpio, muchos lugares de estacionamiento. Pero adecuado para los conductores de pies No hay pijamas, productos de baño, cuidado de cabello, muy buena crema de mantenimiento.
