«先説優點，離雪場近，100米左右。房間很暖和，這也算優點，畢竟通化現在室外温度零下二十多度。缺點：首先就是前台服務不好👎，我們入住的時候就給安排了一個特別小的房間，窗户也小，很壓抑。在我們的要求下換了房間，能稍微好一些，也就20平左右。我們入住當天是週日，晚上十點洗完温泉回來給前台打電話想問早餐時間，打了五六次都是一兩聲鈴響之後被按死。沒辦法打客房服務和餐廳，都是響鈴沒人接，我就自己到三樓同樓層的客房辦公室問了服務員，告訴我是7:30到10點。第二天早上我們9:40下去吃早飯，餐廳已經撤餐了。在我們的要求下，拿了幾個麪包，和剩下的麪點吃了。我去前台投訴，送了一個果盤了事。還有整理房間，照片是第二天我們回來床鋪就是這樣整理的。»

«帶父母出行，意外住進了一家“親友式”酒店
這次旅行最温暖的回憶，幾乎都是這家酒店給的。老闆人真的特別熱情，我們到店那天下午，他看見我爸爸有些疲倦，就主動邀請他到茶台前坐下，一邊泡茶一邊聊天。老闆不僅茶泡得好，還很耐心地介紹附近的旅遊線路。
酒店應該是新裝修不久，整體風格簡約現代，大廳和房間都亮堂整潔，沒有一點陳舊感。細節處能看出用心，比如地面光潔、衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，爸媽都誇“看着就清爽放心”。
最讓我安心的是床品和衞生。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭支撐感很好，父母都説一夜睡到大天亮。衞生間沒有任何死角，毛巾和浴巾摸上去都是蓬鬆乾燥的，消毒工作做得很到位。
如果下次再來這邊玩，我會毫不猶豫地再次選擇這裏。一家酒店能同時做好“硬件”的舒適和“軟件”的温暖，實在難得。強烈推薦給家庭出遊、尤其是帶長輩的朋友們！👏»

«剛開業的酒店，設施不齊，窗簾缺一半，早上沒有遮陽，直接曬醒。洗澡的水不是那種一直熱的，而是像家裡那種電熱水器，用一會就沒有熱水了，還得等着燒熱再接着洗。不夠好。不知道為什麼會選擇這種熱水器。因為是一樓，房間裏面有蟲子，還有一衹大蜘蛛在白紗簾上趴着，嚇死了。屋裡還有一衹會飛的大螞蟻。帶一個室外泡池，但是因為是剛開的酒店，還沒有把温泉連好，所以是不能用的狀態。泳池也還沒有修好。現在的望春山衹能當民宿住。期待過一陣會修建好。»

UUsuario invitado第一次來集安，在網上找了很久，最後選擇他家，結果自己真的沒有選擇錯，老闆和老闆娘人很好，我女兒想住河邊的房間，結果沒有了，老闆還幫我去跟客人溝通，帶着我們去看房間，讓我們選擇覺得滿意的住處，我本來衹想住一天，結果住了兩天。這裏適合家人遊玩，有遊樂場和滑梯。適合朋友聚會，住的帳篷房子有露台，而且還有一個亭子一個亭子聚餐的地方。五一有演出、有篝火、有煙花，還能坐在觀景台看對面的國家，非常值得推薦。

KKeleweidebaiyueguang這次入住集安國門酒店體驗超出預期，必須好好誇一誇。
第一，地理位置無可替代，酒店自帶六樓觀景台，視野開闊無遮擋，站在露台就能直麪國門，觀賞邊境風光氛圍感十足，拍照打卡特別出片，離國門景區也很近，出行遊玩十分便利。
第二，服務讓人倍感暖心，前台全員熱情周到，從進門接待到辦理入住全程笑臉相迎，主動講解觀景台、細節處盡顯貼心。
第三，酒店餐廳值得一試，菜品口味地道可口，食材新鮮，味道不輸外面特色餐館，住店不用奔波找美食，方便又好吃。
整體各方面都很滿意，來集安看國門首選這家，下次再來還會住！
