A property does well when guests contemplate of extending stay, or just wanna to tell others about it, or can’t wait to be back sooon! I tick the boxes of all 3 categories above🤭. I was first attracted by the words, Farm to Table and that they had opened a couple months ago. I love the vicinity, the clean air, my walks within and outside the property. I love the vege farmland surrounding the property. I am impressed with the chefs and the service staff in the restaurant. The quality of food and service, impeccable🌟. I love the layout of the room, I have space to read, to write and to contemplate. I love how the crew note little details in the rooms - laundry basket, weighing scale, fluffy towels, covers for bathrobes…..etc I appreciate the welcoming friendliness of the crew and how they also allow you space to just chill! Digging the ground for sweet potatoes, plucking kale were great experiences for this city girl. Great job to all and I will see you again💛

I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

I had a wonderful stay at Mehood Elegant Hotel in Panyu, Guangzhou. The hotel feels truly premium—from the stylish design to the comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities. A few highlights: · Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. · Laundry service was super convenient and well handled. What really made our stay special were the staff. A big thank you to Lia, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also, a special shout‑out to Lucy—she kindly helped us order food on ******* since we didn’t have a local Chinese number. Her assistance was a lifesaver and showed genuine care for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, high‑quality stay in Guangzhou. I’ll definitely return!

Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños (menos de 1,2 metros) con desayuno y cena incluidos. Xiao Yu nos ayudó con el check-in y nos cambió a una habitación superior gratis, ¡lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera excepcionalmente cómoda! Afortunadamente, él estaba allí; todo el proceso de check-in fue fluido y eficiente. Respondió con prontitud a cualquier problema que tuvimos, lo cual fue realmente encomiable. This is my second time bringing my kids to this resort on summer break. The resort is big enough and it has many activities that fit family members of different ages. My three year old definitely loves the long swimming pool in front of the main building, and my 11 year old loves the water slide and other more challenging water activities. Also this year they opened a new amusement park with some rides and indoor playgrounds. Although its price is little higher than other similar resorts in Guangzhou area, it worth the price as a all in one resort. The concierge Nia is a highlight, she replied to my request in time and gave me all the help that make my staying more enjoyable. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Solo nos quedamos unas horas después de visitar el zoológico y el circo. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. A los niños les encantó el lugar; la cama era bastante cómoda. Como llegamos temprano, dejamos nuestro equipaje en recepción. El personal tuvo la amabilidad de subirnos la maleta. Después del tour, nos llevaron de vuelta a la habitación y nos mostraron dónde reservar el Didi después de nuestra estancia. En general, es un buen lugar para familias con niños y personas mayores.

This has honestly been the best getaway from the bustling city in a long while. Ji Yun Yao is exactly what we wanted, a light luxury hotel nested in the middle of the mountains, away from the the crowds and the traffic. - Location: there’s about 12 mins of a drive before arriving to the hotel, where you need to navigate through the narrow one lane road with at lease 2-3 steep turns. You’ll need to contact the receptionist beforehand to make sure no car is coming down before you make your way up. It can be a bother to some, but I think it was worthwhile once we were up there, especially because it means there were no day trippers visiting to take photos and leave. - Facility: there are 31 rooms in total, each with great privacy. The room we stayed in was quite new. We loved the spacious design, and our own private hot spring tube. The common areas are super well designed, and really blended the arquitectura and the landscape really well. - Service: we really enjoyed the service we received. All staff was kind and polite. Most of them greeted us appropriated just like they would in a five star hotel. The attention to detail was very heartwarming, especially one of the restaurant waiter who remembered our coffee order from the previous day and the baby food order, before we even asked it. It would be nice if they had name tags so we can recognize their efforts. - Food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are complimentary from the hotel. You can choose from Western or Chinese breakfast each day. Lunch and Dinner are not included in your stay. There is only one hotel restaurant that serves Chinese food. Waimai may or may not reach the hotel (we didn’t try). The hotel restaurant had pretty great food, so we dined there the two days we stayed there. -Activities: there’s a play room and playground for kids, which was well maintained. There’s also a small river/lake which you can walk around. We really enjoyed sitting by the water in one of the platforms and take in the scenery and the quietness. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the noise, and anyone who would enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains.

El ambiente es tranquilo, la ubicación es excelente, el servicio es atento y hay casas de campo cerca; es un lugar muy agradable. Excepto por el hecho de que, incluso con la puerta del baño cerrada, el agua se derramaba por todas partes al ducharme, inundando todo el baño, todo lo demás fue estupendo.

Hotel was very near the railway station however the railway station is far from the city center, though easily accessible by MTR. Room was clean , good bed, great shower and great value with a breakfast thrown in. No complaints and would recommend and stay again. Nice friendly staff. Thank you.
