"Honestly, I'd give the service zero stars. Objectively, the facilities and environment aren't bad, and I've stayed here repeatedly since last year. But this experience was truly terrible, and the service felt arrogant 😤. I checked in mid-May and checked out early June. I accidentally left a backup phone behind. After losing it, I spent almost a week and a half arguing back and forth with them. I was on a business trip in another city, so I could only contact them by phone. The hotel staff claimed they searched multiple times without success, saying it wasn't there. However, my 'Find My' app showed its location was precisely at the hotel. The phone was locked in lost mode, so it would be useless to anyone who picked it up. The room system also didn't mark it as a problem room, and they continued to let different guests stay there. Later, when I returned to Moscow and said I wanted to stay in that room again, they said no, because there were guests. They absolutely would not let me or any of my local colleagues re-enter the room to search while guests were staying. I even said I would be staying two more nights later and asked if they could negotiate with the current guest to switch rooms – no, that guest checks out on June 13th, so we can talk about it then. Then today, I asked a colleague who was checking out of the same hotel today to go back and check the room (e.g., under the bed), and they said no again. No matter what, they wouldn't allow it. It's truly disgusting; they just wouldn't let me step back into that room. I'm utterly speechless! And then, during check-in, they strictly enforce the rule of needing a registration form from the previous hotel (unless you enter the country and check in on the same day). Yet, when their own guests check out, they don't provide the registration form on the spot, making it difficult for their own guests to switch hotels. It's absolutely ridiculous and messed up! If nothing goes wrong, the stay experience is fine. But the moment something happens or you need service, just prepare to be disgusted and uncomfortable. I plan to blacklist this hotel in the short term, no question about it. The phone's location is right there, but they just won't let anyone in, dragging it out until my phone died and couldn't update its location anymore. It's quite something; I don't know what they're trying to gain. Honestly, there's no need for this; with so many hotels in Moscow, what's the point? The front desk's English isn't even that good. Their so-called 'Chinese hospitality' just means the signs have Chinese on them. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha 🙂"

"I'm glad I choose this hotel to end my trip in Russia. The bed is so comfortable and really like the huge window. I have a quiet room and sleep really well. (quite true that also have to depend on your neighbour - next room) as you can sometime hear them. Since I was assigned the last. room so I only have one neighbour.. The registration is a breeze for foreigner. The only problem is if you book single room (duplex) and you are tall I will think you have bit uncomfortable to craw.into.the bed..😅. I'm Asian size and not tall (161cm) I need to craw carefully because two times I hit the wall. 🤣"

"The hotel is located near the airport. A car was sent to pick us up from the hotel. The exit is from the Terminal B parking lot. You need to take the escalator to the 3rd floor and walk along a glass walkway. The car park doesn't actually go into the parking lot, so we had to exit onto the highway. The room was clean and fresh, with white towels and bedding, comfortable beds, and warm floors. The ceilings were high, and the space was bright and clean. There was a kettle and tea, but no water or coffee. There was nothing to complain about in the room. The shower and toilet were odorless, and the water was hot, but the shower head was broken. The breakfast was modest: buckwheat, boiled eggs, sausages, porridge, and cookies. There was tea, but we didn't get coffee again, even though we arrived at 9:30 AM (breakfast is until 10 AM). But then something happened that ruined all the pleasant impressions. Not only that, but the receptionist came and, instead of refilling the coffee, started cleaning everything. She did it so loudly it gave me a headache. It seemed she wasn't in the mood, but why should anyone have to worry about that and suffer over it? If she closed a shelf, she simply slammed it, if she closed the thermos lid, it was with a bang again, plates, cutlery—it was as if she were throwing everything. It felt like with these gestures she was trying to tell us that breakfast was over and it was time for us to clean up. But we arrived half an hour early, I repeat, and were finishing our tea. It's important to note that it was the administrator, not the staff, who was wearing aprons. No problems with them; everything was quiet. And again, I repeat, everything was clean, thanks for their efforts. But such demonstrative slamming of shelves is unacceptable when working with people."

Regarding the noise level, yes, I agree with the reviews; you can hear your neighbors very well. My neighbors and I weren't so lucky; they kept us awake one night.
