"La localizacion entre la montana y la playa es sencillamente espectacular. La selva y los jardines que rodean y que conservan proveen tranquilidad a sus huespedes. Solo la vista hacia el mar desde cualquier lugar es increible. La comida es muy variada y rica. El menu a escoger es extenso. Las camas riquisimas, con colchon y almohadas suaves y de un alto nivel de confort."

"The views over Montezuma were lovely, but the stay didn’t meet expectations. The road in was sketchy, the pool was more the size of a small spa, and the beds were so stiff we couldn’t stay the night. We were promised a 70% refund and are still waiting. While some guests said they loved it, for us it felt more like a hostel than a sanctuary."

"We came to hotel NYA for our honeymoon and were very impressed by the service! By far the best hotel stay we’ve had so far, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious, and staff were very kind and helpful. Every day the staff delivered a little dessert to our room free of charge, and surprised us with a honeymoon gift of a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board with warm fresh made bread and a handmade card. We highly recommend NYA for anyone staying in Montezuma!"

"Yesterday, service was good, today I woke up early no check on my email and the only place there is an electric outlet tbere were an employee slepping, when I asked the clerk were I can see, he said to me that I have to wait for the employee to wake up. When I was having breakfast I order an extra of butter and jam for my toast, which by tbe way is not included and they took more that 30 min to bring it, I've already finish eating"

"This hotel is right off the main street , the property is beautiful . The pool is big and there is a jacuzzi . The staff are wonderful . This is our go to place in Montezuma!! We were steps away from grocery store , beach, restaurants and waterfalls . Highly recommend"
