"Difficult one to review, but I would advise anyone thinking of booking here to do their research. When I booked my holiday, the reviews were great. Then, as high season hit, the reviews got worse! We had already booked and paid, and so we tried to go forward with an open mind. We did have a great holiday, and made the best out of it, but it is absolutely not a 4star, maybe a 2 star at best. Most of the staff really do make an effort, but then some give you their sob story to try and get tips. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5, we were very lucky that AC worked very well in both. My room was made up with fresh towels each day, and the beds were made well, but the sheets were stained and the pillows were old and had seen better days, only 1 power socket worked, and the room was generally just in need of updating. Cleanliness of the other room was not as good, several bugs, lots of hair in bathroom etc. Yes there is rubbish all over the place, but, to be fair to the hotel, this is the guests doing, people taking plates and plates of food out of the restaurant and then leaving it in random places, and so its not cleared away until the cleaning staff start the next morning. The food is repetitive, but all 3 of my children ate. If all else fails there is a pasta station for the more fussy eaters. I have coeliac disease and I really struggled with the food. No allergy labeling, and no one understood what I was trying to find out about the food. I did email before I visited to try and find out info, but got no answer. Luckily I took my own bread and cereal with me. And so used that and lived on salad and sometimes rice. Yes you have to queue for everything, but unfortunately the other guests do not do this, they push and grab at things, making it absolute carnage at meal times. I actually can't describe how rude the other guests were and how hectic the meal times are. It's deffo an experience, and one that I will not repeat! The snack bar is absolutely pointless, never seemed to be open, and only served a strange turkey burger. Thank god there is a shop selling ice cream and snacks etc for the kids! The resort it not equipped to deal with the number of guests, not enough of anything, from sun beds to plates and cutlery. Everying had to be waited for due to it running out. The entertainment was very questionable at times, and possibly the loudest PA system ive ever heard! The animation team were good, but there are no instructions about where things are happening, and so it is not easy to take part in lots of things as you dont know where and when they are doing them. The pool water is not very clear and appears to need a good filter! The guy trying to sell excursions is a rip off merchant. He pushed and pushed trying to charge us 600d for a boat trip, we went into the town and got it for around 300d, literally the same trip! All in all, will I go back? Absolutely not! We made the best of it because we had paid a lot of money and wanted the chi"

"The hotel was well-located, the entrance was well-maintained, the corridors leading to the rooms were dirty, and the wooden front door was broken. The room was separated from the next one by a wall and a locked connecting door, so we practically talked through it. The room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Cleaning was done by very polite staff, as was the rest of the staff, but the appearance of their dirty aprons speaks volumes! There were colonies of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom, which were killed daily, and this was true in every room. The hotel beach was extremely dirty, and the loungers were equally dilapidated. The pool was beautiful and well-kept, but it was practically the only pleasant thing, along with the bar, which opened the day after my arrival. It was an experience I definitely won't repeat!"
