"Pro’s: Just on the lake! Restaurant for dinner- food well prepared, presented and view of the lake is breathtaking taking. Rooms clean and charming staff Friendly breakfast but could be better with small changes. *( bollos son tan pequeños que no se puede acomodar mucho en ellos, óculos para el jugo el mismo problema tan pequeño. ) Sala de gimnasio básica pero útil * podría ser mejor si hubiese un fan, no era tan limpio como yo esperaba, la cabina de paseo funcionaba pero muy brillante. No hay agua ni toallas. Netflix y Amazon disponibles en televisión en las habitaciones. Muchos salones solares, Hamper con toalla de lago, ropa y pantalones de baño proporcionan agua potable en las habitaciones (jugo y frascos diarios.) Cons; No hay nevera en la habitación. No hay aire acondicionado, sólo hay ventiladores disponibles a petición. No teníamos agua caliente ( por 2 de nuestros 4 días) Traducción del menú no siempre es exacta. No hay gel de ducha (solo bars de jabón) y condicionador de pelo. Sólo se espera un hotel de 4 estrellas. No hay ascensor"

"High above the Millstättersee in the sleepy hamlet of Lammersdorf, this place is wonderfully quiet and a great place to break a journey from the nearby Salzburg-Villach motorway or take a holiday. Our spacious room with a large bed had a balcony and faced the mountains. Although the building isn’t that old, it has a gemütlich dining room with traditional booth seating which does all the Austrian favourites. Breakfast was included and was also very good - the manager cheerfully made us bacon and egg for no extra cost. The hotel is managed by an enterprising and very friendly Dutch family. Parking is easy and the wi-fi worked well. The room with breakfast cost €143, while dinner - schnitzels, gemischter salat, beer, mineral water, Grüner Veltliner and schnapps, was a very reasonable €65 for two."

"We spent a week at this hotel and found it to be charming. It's location by the lake was ideal. We were half board and found the food to be excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, I think we were the only guests from the UK and the staff at reception and in the restaurant seemed to make every effort to make us feel welcome. We made use of the hotels cycles and the Millstatt Inclusive Card provided by the hotel to get around on the buses, trains and 'nockmobile' (an inexpensive way of getting up and down the mountains). We had a very enjoyable holiday..."

"Stayed for 5 days with the whole family. Everybody had a great time at this beautiful hotel. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the table tennis. The adults especially enjoyed the 4-course meal available in the evening. The staff was extremely friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The room had a wonderful view of the beautiful Millstätter Lake. It takes only a couple of minutes to walk to the lake and the town centre. The area is perfect for hiking and swimming with great attractions in the immediate surroundings, such as a wildlife park and the granatium. We are already looking forward to returning."
