"Unfortunately I’m having to right this review as the problem was not resolved after multiple contact with the hotel. At 4 in the morning I felt itchy under my arm ( thankfully I turned on the light to check what was the cause… infestation of bed bugs!!!! I called reception immediately and they promptly moved me to the next room, however all we could hear was noise from the previous room, obviously they were moving the furniture around to asses the situation. Already feeling uncomfortable with what later I found to be multiple bites on me and my partner we could not settle as constant noise till around 7:30 in the morning. I was given no alternative option, no refund, nothing. I got a light sorry when I went to hand my key card in. I’ve been in contact multiple times, I’ve not been rude I’ve been extremely calm considering this awful experience. I didn’t want to do this review as I wanted to give the hotel a chance to resolve this however there has been no contact made whatsoever. If by 24 hours I’m contacted either through *********** or on trip advisor with a solution to this then I will happy delete this review."

"Once inside James place, it felt like I was inside a london boutique hotel. The decor was eyecatching and the apartment was clean , beautifully decorated and had all we needed for our stay. I will definately return."

"Pues el hotel es grande , las habitaciones amplias y el servicio correcto. Teníamos que cruzar el aparcamiento para el desayuno y la cena pero no es algo horrible. Lo que si nos pareció un poco fuera de lugar es la cantidad de arañas con las que tuvimos la ocasión de compartir la estancia.... En los pasillos, en el marco de la puerta, en la habitación... Algo un poco desagradable. Desayuno correcto, en su línea y con aparcamiento gratuito y sin tener que registrar auto ni nada (no como en otros premier inn, que luego te llevas la multa)"

"I had bigger expectations for this hotel, but it turned out to be highly overrated. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a rotting (& nauseating) smell, which turned out to be coming from the shower curtain. The floors creaked so loudly that it not only disturbed us when walking in the room, but also every time someone walked down the hallway. The bed linens were torn, the bedside lamp was missing a bulb, the walls were cracked here and there, and the peephole on the room door was stuffed with a tissue paper. The bed base was in tatters, and to top it all off, I suspect there were bedbugs in room 213 based on the bites I received. The pictures speak for themselves. Overall, the hotel is completely outdated. Although it wasn't expensive, I expected better for the price. Additionally, there was no alternative milk option at the breakfast, which was an extra charge, despite informing them during pre-check-in that two of our group members are lactose intolerant. Instead of decent coffee, they only offered instant Nescafé powder. I would not recommend staying here."

"Stayed for one night in line with work and had everything I required. Nice studio flat, much better and more homely than a hotel room… Information provided re places to visit, where to eat was very good, but I can say that the New Dolphin fish and chips shop just down the road (1 min walk) was lovely."
