El nuevo Novotel se esperaba limpio porque es un nuevo. He encontrado comida y servicios necesarios para mejorar mucho. Nuestra familia está descontenta con el desayuno buffet donde se repite comida muchas veces y no está contenta con alimentos salados como la carne de vacuno. En el hotel Kingsford , el hotel de la familia ha estado en el centro de la ciudad durante 4 semanas y el último día me di cuenta de que no disponemos de personal ni de servicios de limpieza en el área de la cena . Hay personal que son amigables pero otros no parecen contentos con el trabajo que están haciendo especialmente la dama que fue solicitado para limpiar la mesa es un tipo de desactivado . Ella estaba limpiando las placas delante de todos, ya que no he visto esto en otro hotel colocando comida de basura delante de todos. ¿No deberían tomar las placas y hacerlo en la zona de cocina? 🤔

The place was clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We booked for 4 people, and while some supplies like towels and blankets were initially missing, they were provided promptly upon request. The space itself was quite spacious, though the lack of a closet made it a bit challenging to keep our belongings organized without creating clutter. The appliances were in great condition and appeared almost new, which was a positive touch. The bathroom was generally nice, although the sink could have been cleaner. A small downside was that the water heater only worked with the telephone shower, as it's the only one connected to the heater, not the overhead shower. A standout feature was the smart door lock, which was easy to use and felt very modern. Overall, our experience was good. However, there’s room for improvement, especially in providing better storage options, such as wall-mounted hangers or under-bed storage, to keep the place organized while maintaining its spaciousness. It would also be nice if both guests received the same blankets or comforters when booking for 4 people to ensure comfort during sleep :)

Its my 3rd time in bsa twin tower, the location is very good, the staff are friendly,what i dont like is the room that i book in my last visit in bsa, the space in between the bed is too narrow to move around, you need to cross over to the bed to go to dresser and cabinet. It’s inconvenient for us.

El hotel ya es viejo y necesita renovación. El receptor no está alojado. Es una buena elección para un tipo de estancia presupuestaria o si usted es un par sólo no recomiendo para la familia. No hay INROOM DINE IN.. No hay servicios de comida, nuestra habitación huele a cigarrillos muy mal. La piscina está limpia.Tenemos una cocina en nuestra habitación pero no puede utilizarla porque no hay cocina.No hay bidet en el WC.i sugiere que pongan bidet en el WC para la conveniencia de los huéspedes.Parking no es gratis que tienes que pagar 200 pesos por La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.
