«Cuando llegué al primer día, me dejé esperar 2 horas, diciendo que en Trip.com, Agoda y plataformas en línea ya cancelaron la reserva, pero no sé por qué puedo reservar. KKenDucsThe place was clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We booked for 4 people, and while some supplies like towels and blankets were initially missing, they were provided promptly upon request. The space itself was quite spacious, though the lack of a closet made it a bit challenging to keep our belongings organized without creating clutter.
The appliances were in great condition and appeared almost new, which was a positive touch. The bathroom was generally nice, although the sink could have been cleaner. A small downside was that the water heater only worked with the telephone shower, as it's the only one connected to the heater, not the overhead shower.
A standout feature was the smart door lock, which was easy to use and felt very modern.
Overall, our experience was good. However, there’s room for improvement, especially in providing better storage options, such as wall-mounted hangers or under-bed storage, to keep the place organized while maintaining its spaciousness. It would also be nice if both guests received the same blankets or comforters when booking for 4 people to ensure comfort during sleep :)

CCecilia and JohnInitially, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. It was spacious but facing the main busy road so it was very noisy. The room was clean but not really presentable looking especially the very basic cemented flooring with marks of repair still there. I am 67 yrs old, my partner is 83. We won't be able to sleep for sure, with the noise coming from the passing vehicles all day and night so i requested that we be transferred to another room. We were transferred to the 3rd floor very quickly- a tiny room but much more clean looking and quiet. I was satisfied
The location of the hotel is perfect - a jeepney ride away to the venue of our reunion. Close to the city hall, cross the street and there's Jollibee, Chowking, Watson's and many other eateries. Staff named Joel was very helpful assisting me and answering my queries.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es de 11 meses de edad, así que todavía relativamente nuevo. Me quedé dos noches. La primera noche estaba en una habitación más pequeña, estándar, en frente de la carretera. El único problema fue el ruido de tráfico que comenzó alrededor de 530 a.m. La noche siguiente estaba en una habitación más grande en la espalda y era bastante agradable, y en su mayoría tranquila. En un país donde la gente, y normalmente el personal del hotel, son en general amigables y agradables, el personal de aquí no me habló en absoluto o incluso me reconoció todo el tiempo que estuve allí. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Ok, pero eso es un problema, porque es el negocio de la hospitalidad después de todo. El café es bueno y la comida es excepcional. La ubicación está un poco lejos de lo que yo era habitual en la ciudad pero manejable. Aún en general, fue una buena estancia, principalmente porque las habitaciones son muy limpias y nuevas.

RRosalie PEl nuevo Novotel se esperaba limpio porque es un nuevo. He encontrado comida y servicios necesarios para mejorar mucho. Nuestra familia está descontenta con el desayuno buffet donde se repite comida muchas veces y no está contenta con alimentos salados como la carne de vacuno. En el hotel Kingsford , el hotel de la familia ha estado en el centro de la ciudad durante 4 semanas y el último día me di cuenta de que no disponemos de personal ni de servicios de limpieza en el área de la cena . Hay personal que son amigables pero otros no parecen contentos con el trabajo que están haciendo especialmente la dama que fue solicitado para limpiar la mesa es un tipo de desactivado . Ella estaba limpiando las placas delante de todos, ya que no he visto esto en otro hotel colocando comida de basura delante de todos. ¿No deberían tomar las placas y hacerlo en la zona de cocina? 🤔

Cleanliness:
the room is infested with cockroaches and some other bugs. The Linens could be cleaner, as they are evidently old and grayish. We booked 2 rooms and the other room had a very intense smell. It is a very powerful male perfume that coated the whole room, and we cannot do anything to eliminate it. As most members of my family are asthmatic with perfume allergies, we couldn't stay at the other room at all.
Service:
It is quite good, the staff, including the guards are very friendly and approachable.
Amenities and Facilities:
- The room only have bar soap, shampoo, and towels. There are free no toothbrush, vanity kit nor slippers as they are charged upon request. There is only 1 toilet paper available per room, and it was a challenge to ask for an extra roll. No face towel nor paper towels too. On a brighter side, the room is very spacious with lots of storage spaces, with a kitchenette containing stove, microwave, huge fridge and electric heater available.
- I do not think there is room service available as there are no menus in the room.
- The gym is free access for hotel guests, but take note that there are also building residents that uses the same gym so it gets crowded at times as there are not much equipment available, aside from cardio machines.
- Lastly, there is a 300 peso charge for overnight parking. There are no rate differences between a 4-wheeled car and a 2 wheeled motorcycle. The carpark is great for cars, however, the parking slots for motorcycles can improve. It is very dark with no lights, lots of mosquitoes, and very cramped.

No hay servicios de comida, nuestra habitación huele a cigarrillos muy mal. La piscina está limpia.Tenemos una cocina en nuestra habitación pero no puede utilizarla porque no hay cocina.No hay bidet en el WC.i sugiere que pongan bidet en el WC para la conveniencia de los huéspedes.Parking no es gratis que tienes que pagar 200 pesos por La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.
