They hung up on me several times to speak to someone rudely, with no patience to explain how to do things or to help me park my car. It's a shame. However, the daytime staff were very welcoming, no complaints there, except for the night staff, as there was no one there at 8:55 PM. It took a long time to get through, but the hotel itself was great, very friendly."
