"La cama era demasiado grande para el cuarto que resultó en pies arrugados de los puestos en la parte inferior de la cama. La televisor estaba grabada en la parte de atrás, por lo que las baterías no se desplomaban, pero la televisor no funcionaba y tuvo que hacerlo manualmente en el lado de la tele. La carretera era muy ocupada y aunque era extremadamente caliente (nos dieron un fan) no podíamos tener las ventanas abiertas porque la carretera era tan ruidosa, sin embargo, incluso con las ventanas cerradas el ruido nos mantuvo despiertos. La ducha también era muy suave y las tapices en el bañón eran muy difíciles de desactivar. El desayuno era muy bueno como el servicio que recibimos"

"La ubicación es muy buena para el Parque Paulton. No hay restaurante en el sitio - sólo un pequeño menú de bistro con unas pizzas en. Felizmente hay un pub muy bueno en la puerta. El hotel estaba un poco desorganizado - llevó mucho tiempo para sentarse al desayuno, y luego las órdenes tomaron edades y muchos artículos no disponibles. La piscina tenía un problema (aunque muy rápidamente fijada), pero el personal parecía muy corto con nosotros cuando le preguntábamos cuándo volvería a abrir. ¡Las habitaciones son grandes, especialmente para una familia!"

"I would like to firstly express how welcoming and customer friendly the team were throughout my stay, also the food was lovely and well presented. I would like to mention that the room i stay in (room 5) was next to or was situated nearby appliances (with perhaps fans) which continuously made a noise throughout the night - travel/road noise was expected due to the location of the establishment. If i were to stay here again i would look to avoid this room as i am a light sleeper."

"Solo traveller with my dog. A lovely room but very steep stairs as we were in the top of the building. It was a heatwave so very hot! A fan was provided. Across the road and onto the New forest it could not be more beautiful! Breakfast was very nice but it was a little slow at times, not helped be me being a bit short of time . Shower was amazing ! Some road noise outside but mostly due to a manhole cover in the road being hit by bigger vehicles. It was manageable. Very friendly staff. And dog friendly and clean . a good stay and I will certainly return when in the area ."

"Nice cosy rooms above a pleasant pub. It accepts dogs but didn't feel it was very dog friendly as no access for dogs to go for a wee, no dog bowls or anything dog related in the room even though the dog was booked in. Friendly staff and the food at the pub was tasty."
