The Jiangxi-style fried rice noodles at this restaurant are absolutely amazing, a truly authentic Jiangxi flavor. The rice noodles are chewy and smooth, cooked to perfection, and paired with fresh and fragrant side dishes, creating a rich and flavorful experience. Every bite is bursting with the warmth and flavor of home cooking; you could easily eat two bowls. It's a genuine taste that's hard to find in the city, and every bite is unforgettable. Even more surprisingly, the restaurant also has a branch called "Tian Tian Mala Tang" (Everyday Spicy Hot Pot), specializing in authentic Shanxi cuisine. The taste was absolutely amazing! The broth is rich and flavorful, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful, and the taste is fresh, fragrant, spicy, and numbing, carrying the unique flavor of Shanxi cuisine.
