«天氣很好，藍藍的天。 但是就是太曬了，來的小夥伴們一定要注意防曬，戴帽子防曬霜，必不可少。房子的格局很好，感覺都能曬到太陽，從早到晚的，挺舒服的，乾淨也衞生，空間也很大，性價比很高，客棧離北門走鹿野就兩三分鐘，小哥哥們很好，還專門來接我們。總體來説很不錯喲。對了，客棧背後就是九鼎龍潭走過去，一分鐘就到了，太方便了，特別喜歡早晨起來去九鼎龍潭那邊轉一轉，空氣特別好。»

UUsuario invitadoEverything about this place, from location to hospitality, is amazing! The homestay arranged to pick us up at an intersection and carried our luggages all the way.
The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers.
During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊
On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us.
We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

UUsuario invitadoThis is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs.
Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!

SSheryl 宜芬Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation.
Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town.
Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience.
Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station.
I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

GGRACEOur stay at Yinjian Inn was absolutely delightful, and we’d strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lijiang. The hospitality here is unparalleled and truly top-notch. From the moment we booked, the inn's owner reached out to us via WeChat. She responded promptly to all our queries, making us feel cared for and welcomed. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout our 3D2N stay. I really need to point out the EXCEPTIONAL service provided by the owner and staff. For those familiar with 丽江古城 (Old Town of Lijiang), you’d know how challenging it can be to navigate its cobblestone streets, especially with heavy luggage. The inn owner kindly helped us carry our bulky luggage from the Didi drop-off point to our rooms, which was a lifesaver. Moreover, she noticed that my grandparents had some difficulty walking and graciously upgraded us to a larger family room on the ground floor to spare them from climbing stairs. Every day, we were treated to dessert soup, fresh fruits, and a hearty breakfast. It felt like being pampered with home-cooked meals that left us feeling nourished and too full to enjoy the other street food sold in the 古城. Situated on 狮子山 (Lion Hill) within 丽江古城, Yinjian Inn boasts one of the best locations in the area. Perched at the highest point, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, both from the rooms and the nearby Didi drop-off point, which is just a minute's walk away. While the walk down to the busier parts of the 古城 is easy and filled with charming shops and eateries, the climb back up can be a bit of a workout. However, the picturesque views and opportunities to rest and visit the stores along the way more than make up for it. Our room was clean and well-furnished, blending modern comfort with traditional Chinese aesthetics. The room included all the necessary amenities- also don't worry, there is a bidet with all sorts of cool functions. My family and I left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and immense gratitude for the care we received. So YES, please don't hesitate to choose this place :)

PPHARNUTCHARGORNI highly recommend this accommodation, which offers excellent service and very clean rooms. The room views are stunning, and you can clearly see the ancient old town of Lijiang from your balcony. The staff is warm and friendly, making you feel welcome.
The accommodation is in an excellent location. It is also home to one of the most beautiful-view cafés in Lijiang. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shopping spots, providing great convenience. Despite its central location, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
They respond to messages very quickly, and you can communicate any requests during your stay in Lijiang. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service at the high-speed railway station. Additionally, they assist with handling all your luggage from check-in to check-out, which is especially helpful since Lijiang’s stone-paved streets make rolling suitcases inconvenient. They also arrange airport transfers and a one-day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, including a show, at a reasonable price. The vehicles used for transportation are of high quality.
Especially Xiao Su and Xiao Yang, who provided us with professional service and excellent arrangements, making our vacation in Lijiang absolutely perfect. We received service beyond our expectations in every aspect. The internet connection was highly efficient, allowing my husband to work seamlessly while staying here.
On the day we checked out, we had the opportunity to take a photo with Xiao Su. She and her team warmly saw us off to our car, making our departure just as memorable as our stay.

1. They offer pick us from train station for free
About 30 minutes we arriving at higher ground with busy car surrounding, then suddenly there are few people took our luggage and ask us to follow them, later we know i think that’s the laoban and the hotel’s stuff who brought our heavy luggage🙏
2. The hotel itself located in old town, yet still easy to reach by didi/ taxi. We arriving at beautiful wooden house, and they offers us welcoming tea. So quite inside the house, with many stairs. They brought our luggage into our room ( so need to worry to drags your luggage all the way to old town, without knowing exactly where the place is, just sit and relax😎).
3. We love our rooftop room😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
My daughter also love to play robox outside😑. “Playing with the view,” She said.
4. The breakfast is enough for us, rice noodles, sweet potatoes, soya milk, corn👌
5. The stuff are super friendly. Even though we cant speak mandarin, they put us into we chat group so if we need anything we can ask them🙏many thanks for that, we even chat them to arrange private driver for us the at 11 pm, and they still can manage it with reasonable price. We ask them for a lot of thinga😅 we even ask for where to eat, where to buy coffee. We follow all their suggestion. We ate the rice noodle twice😍. We bought the coffee and raw honey in the shop that stuff recommend to us.
We really like Lijiang and this old town, very interesting old town. I saw some reels saying dont visit old town during the day time, visit during the night time. Since i am a morning person, i didnt understand at the beginning, but then just walk 5 minutes downhill from the hotel and you can see many clubs in the old town😜😜😜. At morning time, we can see the Yulong mountain from our roof top if not cover by clouds, veryyyyy quiteeee not many shops open, like the ghost town, but during the night time, the ghost goes to party. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

對於我們不喜歡逛古城又帶狗狗，住在這裏絕了!
酒店我個人理解為一價全包（早餐，下午茶，晚餐送的雞肉/臘排骨/牛肉火鍋，全天的酒水飲料水果自助，這些統統不限量 不限量 不限量!!!!!每天還有騎馬 手工 Diy 上山採摘 納西家訪各種活動！這怎麼能不算一價全包呢？
1服務:超級無敵親切友好熱情細緻體貼!（臨走時，小姐姐竟然知道我喜歡吃藍莓，還要給我打包路上吃！雖然是小事，但是很感動感覺有被放在心上！哈哈哈哈哈哈）
2環境:酒店雖然是寵物友好，但是每個角落都很乾凈無異味!我們住的是雪山觀景房，每天在房裡看着雪山，心情好好，本來衹定了兩天，太舒服了，捨不得走，又多住了兩天！酒店的公區也很值得探索，每一個位置都很出片!
3位置:酒店就在玉湖村（可以逛逛，烤牛肉串好好吃），旁邊就是龍女湖（超適合遛遛狗），去麗江古城45分鐘左右，去白沙和束河差不多25分鐘!
4寵物:酒店對寵物沒有禁地限制，但是我們狗狗大衹而且喜歡吵架，所以我們沒有帶去餐廳！上山採摘的活動還可以帶狗狗一起去採果子，讓狗狗刷一下雲南大山的狗狗的朋友圈！

CChitrlada HarnCuando mi madre me dio la oportunidad de visitar Lijiang, navegué a muchos hoteles en Trip.com y ordené este hotel de muchos hoteles con buenas opiniones sin saber previamente que esto cumplirá mi satisfacción por el más. Antes de llegar a la ciudad, me encontré con el hotel si mi madre tiene 88 años de edad y necesitaba usar sillas de ruedas. El personal que nos cuidó, xiao Juan , nos ayudó con el plan de viaje, nos escoltaron a la antigua ciudad de Dayan y Shuhe , nos dirigieron a entender la ciudad de Baisha y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. El hotel está situado en el centro de Baisha, donde se encuentra el centro de Baisha, donde se encuentra el centro de Baisha. La vista de la montaña de nieve se puede ver desde el jardín interior y más claramente desde el tercer piso del hotel. El desayuno es adecuado con un conjunto de platos chinos pequeños, junto con una selección de arroz cocido o de nodos. Me siento como si no tuviera nada que pedir más y quisiera expresar mi gratitud a todos los empleados de aquí.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay has been excellent and all hotel staffs have been extremely helpful during our stay.
Hellen - she was very caring and even helped with my day tour booking since I do not have China mobile numbers. She asked multiple times during our 2 nights stay if our stay was good and whether we need any other assistance.
Kate - she was extremely helpful in scheduling spa session for my wife and very caring since my wife was not feeling well due to mountain sickness.
Karen - she is an excellent massage therapist who took great care of my wife’s body conditions.
Overall, we had an excellent stay. Thanks again to all hotel staffs including the porters and drivers.
