"Room had more of a partial ocean view. The pool for the room was freezing cold, couldn’t even use it. Breakfast is all self serve, including coffee. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of families and young children. I would stay someplace else if I were to ever visit Lefkada again."

"El peor hotel de la historia. El desayuno es MUY MUY POBRE, lo mismo todos los días, y si llegas un poco tarde no comes nada. Hay que subir unas 150 ESCALERAS solo para llegar al hotel desde la playa, ¡así que decir que está cerca de la playa es MENTIRA! Por la noche, incluso desde la noche, la recepción está CERRADA, ¡como si no hubiera nadie! Las puertas del hotel están abiertas pero nadie se queda en la recepción, he intentado llamarlos, tocar el timbre que está en la mesa e incluso tocar a las puertas del personal (porque tuve un problema una noche con el auto en el estacionamiento) pero NADIE CONTESTO. Además, no hay cámaras en el estacionamiento... cualquier cosa mala puede pasar... 🤦🏾‍♀️ No intento ser grosero, pero eso es CLARA TRANSPARENCIA. Aparte de la vista, nada es bueno."

"the room was very dirty with no antiseprtics nor soap. At the second night my friend got bitten by a parasitic insect and got filled with pimples. At all this the manager was acting like it was not important and admitted that he personaly was in charge of disinfestating the rooms and not an expert or a professional. Plus he offered us a second room that was even dirtier than the one we got bitten. A situation totally surrealistic. Highly disappointed after that we left immidetialy to return home. Next day: 1. My friend went to a dermatologist who said the infection was strong and gave him special treatment. 2. We realized WE WERE STOLEN. At our things out 4 pairs of athletic shoes were wising – stolen by the manager or his personel."

"A clean modern hotel, with amazing views. We found it difficult to leave the hotel room view every morning! Breakfast was lovely- with something different everyday. The delicious olives and olive oil are produced by George and his family! Having a car is a good idea for longer stays. You can walk to Nidri which has many restaurants. We stayed 10-17th October, the restaurants were starting to close for winter. We will go earlier next time!"

"It was the 7th time visiting the hotel, as the previous years we had the best experience in the hotel in all sections. Unfortunately this year things changed. Some of previous facilities changed like for example the amenities at the room(some were used when we arrived), towels removed from the beach feeling that there was a beach police, some things that needed renovation especially the antisliders at the steps were almost destroyed and not changed. Most of the staff (same people that working there the previous years) were rude, unhelpful especially the new manager. When we said we have been 7 times here and it was the first time we have this behavior towards us, his answer was “I don’t even care we are always full”… the previous manager was a brilliant person and helpful"
