"This place hasn't had maintenance at all. The bathroom is disappointing; door doesn't close well, walls are dirty and have holes, the bathtub was dirty and stained, the curtain, that apparently used to be white, is now yellow and had a big hole and the toilet seat kept sliding. Old , yellowish and stinky towels. Gave us short supplies, had to ask for more. In conclusion, I don't recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else"

The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night."

"We stayed at the Chambery Inn this weekend. It was beautifully maintained, clean, a great location, easy/contactless check in and check out. We were asked our wine preference and a delicious bottle of red wine was waiting for us. It was also great to see some of the pieces of the schools history maintained and fun reading all the notes left on the chalk boards by previous guests. There was keurig machine in our room and outside in the hallway as well as an espresso machine, both fully stocked with lots of great options! We happened to be there over Memorial Day weekend so had a nice view of the parade sitting right outside of the Inn! We will definitely be back!"

"El 28 y 29 de junio, viajamos a los Berkshires para oír el concierto de Paul Simon en Tanglewood, y nos quedamos dos noches en la Casa de Carrage porque la casa principal fue reservada en su totalidad cuando hicimos nuestra reserva. No sorprende que este maravilloso lugar tenga una clientela tan leal. Es un lugar mágico y ya estamos planeando un vuelo con amigos. Hay tanta belleza y historia en toda la zona que el próximo viaje será más largo para tomar en más de sus atracciones. El hotel está situado en un ambiente elegante y agradable. El personal es uniformemente maravilloso, incluso hasta el punto de que cuando fui a la zona de cocina a las 10 p.m. la primera noche buscando café en tierra para el jardín en nuestro apartamento me saludó un adolescente llamado Antonio, La piscina es caliente, las terrazas se mantienen cuidadosamente, las vistas son hermosas y muchos toques pensables muestran lo profundamente que Doug y Jim se preocupan por el lugar y quieren compartirlo con sus huéspedes.
