"I had a really nice stay at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa Kovalam with my family. The resort is beautiful, full of greenery, and very close to Kovalam Beach, which was clean and great for family. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, though it took a bit of time to walk there. The staff were very friendly and helpful thanks to Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Dhiraj. The food at Bait was very tasty, with authentic flavors, and the ocean view made it even better, and special thanks to Chef Harish Rawat for taking such good care of us. One thing I really liked was their quick and thoughtful service, when I asked for a sanitary pad, they gave me a good quality one in a neat cover right away. Taj really knows who to treat their guest emergency. We also enjoyed the infinity pool, spa, and the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a relaxing and happy experience. I would definitely recommend this resort for a calm and enjoyable holiday."

"Property is located on a cliff with one side being a valley. The approach road to the resort is terrible and the location is just okay. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Food is average. Nothing near great. There is no amenity other than the swimming pool which is neatly maintained. Generally, i have noticed lack of professionalism in most of the staff - training the staff (especially the ones that answer calls in room service) would do good to address the issue."

"I was in this 3 star hotel in India for a few days and was very satisfied overall. Really good for the category - especially if you don't pay too much attention to every detail. I had my own little house that was clean and cozy, so I felt completely comfortable. The pool did not particularly appeal to me personally - it was more functional than cozy. However, what really surprised me positively were the people on site: very friendly, helpful and authentic. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant manager Renjith. His service was outstanding – always accommodating, attentive and cordial. The food was consistently good, and the Panchakarma cure was at its best - professionally carried out and very soothing. Overall a pleasant stay with a great price-performance ratio."
