"This is a beautiful, niche, local high-end brand hotel with Portuguese style. Although the hotel was almost full when I checked in, all my requests, big and small, (including changing rooms twice because I was afraid of noise) were met. On the night of arrival, I dined by the pool while enjoying local traditional dance music, and the candlelight was a special experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. With the meticulous care of the newly appointed chef, I had a delicious breakfast for several days. Afterwards, the unfinished fruit plate was also delivered to the room for free. Figure 3 is a 200-year-old Jewish healing spring, and many Jews still come here to soak. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with various shopping and attractions just outside. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach."

Esta ubicado en Forte Kochi, casco histórico de la capital de kerala. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, confortables, frescas, con balcon. La piscina es muy bonita y bien mantenida, frente a la marina. El desayuno esta bien en calidad, es autentico y fresco. El Spa es algo rustico, pero funciona bien a buen precio. CGH Es una cadena que promueve la sustentabilidad siendo plastic free y purificando su agua, evitando el uso de bolsas plasticas en la habitacion. Pero concluyo que se podria evaluar el uso de otro tipo de papel, que no sea de diarios, para envolver pantuflas y demas cuestiones. Es un hotel funcional, limpio y bien situado, aunque le falta alma. Lo considero un 4 Estrellas superior."

Good size rooms with ample storage and lounging area . The best part was the food- made to order special Kerala meals not in menu and customised food as per our taste buds. The chef was very accommodating to cater to our needs. The staff were very helpful and considerate. Only reducing one star as feel the pool could be maintained well as wasn’t sure clean enough to swim for my daughter, other than than great place to stay if in Kochi ."

The Renai Cochin
"Just ended a pleasant 4-day stay at The Renai. I booked a mini suite but, due to a lock malfunction, I was moved to a larger suite, which was a lovely and unexpected upgrade. The rooms, like the hotel overall, was clean, well maintained and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional, clean and adequately stocked with the necessities. Wifi worked well most of the time, but the connection was spotty a couple of times. The buffet breakfast covered a wide range of diets and was sumptuous to get the day going. The buffet lunch was also extensive. Koffee Junction (adjacent to and owned by the hotel) was a nice place for a relaxed meeting with friends. Staff members were uniformly friendly without being intrusive or obsequious. Hotel location was conveniently close to a Metro station and only a short drive from Amrita Hospital and shopping areas. Won't hesitate to stay at The Renai should I return to Kochi."
