The food and snacks are tasty and well cooked. Tea/coffee servings in the room. Nice to sit out in the balcony with steaming cups of coffee, for gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are big and the bathroom has been renovated with a shower cubicle. The linen, blankets and upholstery in the rooms need cleaning/ upgrading."

When we requested a room change, they handled it without any hassle, which made the experience even better. The food was homely, delicious, and comforting. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine care about food quality. They kept checking for feedback and made sure we were happy, which is a level of attention even many 4- and 5-star hotels do not offer. The location of the property is simply stunning. On a clear morning, we were fortunate to see the beautiful Himalayan range and Nanda Devi peak, which made our stay unforgettable. The weather in April was also very pleasant, adding to the overall charm of the place. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a lovely eco concept, which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend Chevron Eco Lodge to anyone visiting Kausani."
