"I planned an overnight stay at this hotel. I was sent lock box details to access the key. I arrived at the hotel at 2pm and there was no key! I contacted the main number and sent messages on the website. NO response after 5 days. I have requested a refund on the booking. To date, I have not had any response. I would recommend staying somewhere else as clearly the hotel management do not care about paying customers."

"I’ve stayed here a few times now. I couldn’t find the email with the code for the lockbox and had to Google to find a contact number to call. From then on things were smooth. The rooms are large and well equipped. Linen is clean, the beds are comfortable and the aircon is nice and quiet. The rowdy locals are not the hotels fault but if they turn up in the carpark next door and. start their sh…t you won’t sleep. 2am -4am for me . There is a small but secure carpark and the entire complex is safe. It’s an easy walk to the Katherine Club or Woolies. I’ll stay here again next time."
