"The exterior: amazing. The interior: hadn't been updated since the last renovation in the 1980s. Dinner in the restaurant was downright awful, tasteless, like how you can make even a white fish with spinach tasteless. The reception and waiter were super friendly; it's definitely not the staff's fault!"

"Warm welcome with a proseco..perfect way to set a great tone! Loved the Trailside cabin. It was decorated absolutely beautifully! The breakfast was delicious & the servers were lovely. It would be really nice to have crackers & cheese out at the bar. I was called at 10:15 pm to get my credit card info. It really scared me to have the phone ring loudly as I was sound asleep....should have waited until morning. All and all we loved it!"

"This hotel is a bit like a B&B, with three-story villas and parking for 7-8 cars in the yard. It's popular with seniors. Room service ends around 5 PM, and keys are left in an envelope at the front desk with your name on it. Breakfast is available by registering your room number and number of guests on the breakfast sign-up sheet near the front desk. The rooms are decorated in a very American country style, offering ample space, though the showers are a bit small. There's no elevator, so guests with large suitcases should prepare their belongings for the night in advance, as carrying large suitcases up and down the stairs can be tiring. The breakfast was delicious, with four options available. Restaurants and bistros are located nearby, making it convenient for exploring Baishan National Forest."
