«This was my last of 3 one-night stays here and I arrived late, about 10.20pm as I took the last train from Luang Prabang. A staff member welcomed me when I got off my car ride and offered to take my bag. I think I had a free upgrade as the room was bigger than what I stayed for my 2nd visit but again the power sockets were not near the bed but at the entrance and dressing table. Tried their toast and hot chocolate and it was a simple but nice breakfast (can't really expect anything for the price of the room). :)»

«No Conditioner, No Rainfall shower head, No Bidet sprayer that the hotel says they do have. The 4th floor Skywalk has good view with amazing sunshine. The gym is super old, making lack of your workout feeling. I just did a small arm training. I did not try swimming as sunshine is strong. The salad at their breakfast was fresh.»

«Hotel is so close to airport around 7 mins walk plus the ambiance of hotel was fantastic. It's clean and beautiful old hotel. Carpet was annoying with luggage but other than that enjoyed my stay. They have free shuttle service and breakfast which is good. Also It's conveniently located close to restaurant and grocery stores. Highly recommended if looking for a place to stay for an early flight back home.»

«Lo recomiendo muchísimo a los viajeros. El aire acondicionado es genial, la cama es cómoda y la ubicación es excelente. Está cerca del mercado de Klongruen y del Big C, lo que lo hace muy práctico. También hay muchas opciones para comer cerca. Tampoco se oye mucho ruido exterior.»

«The hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel 🤗»

«I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.»

«A wonderful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are excellent with a great variety of options. I would like to thank all the staff, everyone is very kind and always ready to help. Although the hotel is not located in the very center, there is a free shuttle every hour to the night market which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place.»

«I had an enjoyable stay here, considering I was very unwell. Room was exceptionally clean (cleaner than some i’ve stayed in back home in Australia), newly renovated bathroom is small BUT perfectly enough My only complaint about my room (this may not apply to other rooms), is the water pressure was SO HIGH. This made the spray gun next to the toilet almost impossible to use without it being painful. There would be about a 5-6 second time frame where it would lose most pressure and be usable, but then shoot back to the usual pressure. The shower also had pressure and temperature issues, every 30 seconds or so it would lose pressure and temperature, and then shoot back up way beyond the set temperature. It was pretty frustrating!»
