Buena habitación y cocina. El personal es responsable, útil y amigable. Buen servicio de navegación. Sólo a la baja durante la estancia es la carne de vacuno inusualmente pequeña (en comparación con otros en la misma mesa) durante la cena teppanyaki. El cocinero se apagaba incluso cuando preparaba la carne, porque es obvio que mi porción es mucho más pequeña.

A lovely guesthouse with a spacious, clean room and free parking available upon request. The shared area is lively and includes a small kitchen for light meals which is a nice touch. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. If on-site parking is unavailable, there’s a 24-hour parking option just a 5-minute walk away at a reasonable rate. There are also plenty of eateries nearby with affordable prices. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again if we return to the city.

Very well design and functional apartment style room. Small kitchen and washing machine certainly a bonus. Complimentary hot and cold beverage in lobby area makes us feel so welcome. Only negative was on one of the days room was not clean after making a request, other than that our stay was enjoyable and very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at KOKO Hotel Premier Hakata. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Hakata Station and many nearby attractions. There is also a convenience store right next door, which was extremely handy during our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responded promptly whenever assistance was needed. The hotel and guest rooms were tidy and well maintained. One thing to note is that daily room cleaning is not provided, so while the room was generally clean and comfortable, I would not rate it at the highest level of cleanliness compared with hotels that provide daily housekeeping service. Amenities such as toothbrushes, tea, and other supplies are available at the lobby for guests to collect as needed, which is a practical and environmentally friendly approach. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with good service, and I would consider staying here again when visiting Fukuoka.

The stay was decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the general experience was okay, the room cleanliness wasn't up to par—specifically, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cups and the bathroom. Additionally, the door leading from the balcony to the hot spring room couldn't be securely locked, which was a bit concerning. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a much better place to stay.

good value for money! would definitely stay again location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often. food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious! onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins) staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

This ryokan is located at the top of a hill and it's very quiet Place is huge and you have a private onsen though the water is scorching hot Need to put a lot of cold water so that the onsen can be used Tough part is that the leaves keep falling from outside into the onsen and you have to use the net to catch it Another issue is check-in latest is by 6pm (otherwise there's no front desk) If you are ok with the check-in constraints, then this place is pretty good

La ubicación es muy estratégica, justo frente a la estación de Beppu, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para pasar por aquí. Supongo que esto puede haber sido porque mi nombre se escribió en caracteres ingleses mientras su sistema utiliza japoneses o tal vez es muy viejo y no puede ver el nombre claramente desde su ordenador. También le ofrecí mi identificación de reserva, pero todavía no podía localizar la reserva en el primer momento. En total, pasé casi una hora solucionando el problema, y sólo después de un poco de regreso, finalmente logró encontrar mi reserva. El hotel también ha informado a Trip.com que el estacionamiento estaba disponible en el mismo edificio, pero al llegar me dio un mapa y me pidió que estacionara en otro lugar. La limpieza podría mejorarse, ya que el baño estaba ligeramente sucio y la habitación tenía un olor desagradable, posiblemente debido al tradicional piso de tatami japonés. La habitación era muy agradable, y se dio una toalla y todas las toallas necesarias, lo que era un acreedor.
