«L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.»

«Tuve una buena bienvenida. Los empleados de recepción trabajan rápido y profesionalmente. Mi habitación estaba en el séptimo piso y tenía una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y cuentan con todas las comodidades necesarias. Lamentablemente, no había tiempo disponible para usar el spa por la mañana.»

«Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.»

«I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.»

«Aunque el hotel está situado en dirección oeste, sólo se tarda unos minutos en llegar al centro de la ciudad de bournemouth, donde hay muchas tiendas deliciosas. Conduzca durante unos 10 minutos hasta la carretera Wimbone. Hay un delicioso restaurante de barbacoa llamado TAI SON BARBECUE. Las habitaciones del hotel son soleadas y elegantes, y hay tiendas de conveniencia y pizzerías cerca (a 15 minutos a pie). »

«Though it's an old building, they have kept it neat and tidy, except the carpets. The shower room was clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was decent. It's slightly costlier for me, but season time.»

«La habitación era extremadamente cómoda y el bar no era demasiado caro, para ser justos. El desayuno continental era muy bueno. Ambos regresamos a la habitación muy llenos. El único inconveniente fue que solo estuvimos allí una noche. Si no fuera por el trabajo mañana, habríamos reservado otra noche. Definitivamente volveremos, eso es seguro.»

«Hotel is a bit tired and beds were uncomfortable. However good location for a couple of nights and good to have access to the pools. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of the uncomfortable beds and not good for a bad back.»
