«We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.»

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

TTerenceTLa ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, a cientos de metros del área de paisaje de Huangguo, el servicio del jefe es muy bueno, especialmente entusiasta para la introducción del delicioso al lado del jefe no se puede ir. Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas, las instalaciones de hardware son grandes tarjetas, el baño está limpio sin olor, el arroz y el café son muy buenos para el desayuno. El precio de viaje de Fif no es muy exagerado, especialmente recomendado para el área de paisaje de árboles de frutas y hortalizas para esta casa.

TtppWe had excellent stay at the orange hotel, Anshun. The location of this hotel is excellent. We only need to walk about 500 m to the Huang Guo Shu waterfall attraction. This helped to save a lot of time and we were able to gain entry to the attraction at 7 am in the morning! The room is big, and the beds are very comfortable. We were definitely stay here again if we were to come back here! I will give it six stars in all aspects if there’s this option!

El hotel no solo nos ofreció un servicio de transporte a los lugares turísticos, sino que también nos llevó a restaurantes cercanos, ¡un detalle muy considerado! El desayuno era abundante e incluso ofrecían servicio de habitaciones, cubriendo todas nuestras necesidades. Era la primera vez que encontraba un hotel con servicios tan variados como mascarillas faciales, limpiador facial, cortaúñas y colchones; realmente pensaron en las necesidades de todos los huéspedes. La habitación era preciosa, con instalaciones modernas y limpias. Incluso nos obsequiaron con un regalo al hacer el check-out. En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente esta casa de huéspedes; el diseño, la comodidad y la calidad del servicio ofrecen una excelente relación calidad-precio.
(Lamentablemente, no saqué muchas fotos del hotel, pero es realmente muy bien diseñado y elegante).

Al entrar, el personal nos recibió con una sonrisa y se puso de pie para saludarnos y despedirnos. ¡Una maravilla! La habitación estaba limpia y bien equipada; la cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas, y había un amplio balcón con un perchero retráctil en la pared, un diseño muy cuidado. El agua embotellada de cortesía era especialmente generosa. Noviembre no es temporada alta, así que no había muchos huéspedes, y el desayuno no era buffet. Cada persona recibía un menú con una buena variedad de opciones, incluyendo leche, huevos, aperitivos, fideos y fruta, suficiente para satisfacer cualquier antojo. CChowThe hotel is located within the scenic waterfall。there is a side entrance that gets you into the big waterfall attraction. However non china national have to purchase the attraction at the ticket booth , we cannot book online as it is meant for china citizens only. Buy the ticket first n go back to hotel to go to the big water attractions first through the side entrance .We had booked 2 rooms for 74 sgd and a single (supposedly) better room for 94sgd . The 2 rooms was nice as its same floor as the reception ( no stairs to climb) with balcony facing the attraction with some greenery. unfortunately ,the more expensive room was located 2 floors down n a walk away from reception. Sadly the windows faced a concrete structure with no view at all. The rooms are bad for elderly as there is many steps. Request earlier from hotel staff if there is elderly . There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel.
