«房間和前台有速溶咖啡，我訂的房型包含早餐，早餐的咖啡和果汁要另外收費，早餐其他種類特別豐盛，不僅僅是吃飽吃好，而是多住幾天還不一定吃全，有自己做的豆漿和豆奶粉沖的豆漿，我第1天就喝錯了，更喜歡自己做的豆漿，放一會兒，上面會有豆皮。房間的飲用水免費，管夠，贈送了伴手禮和小零食。
雖然房間在電梯對面，但是晚上睡得很好。退房的時候聽另外一家住在電梯旁邊的講，他們家也睡得很好，很安靜。可見酒店的隔音效果還是不錯的。
距黑河口岸停車場2.7公里，我們去自由行了幾小時，出關和入關排隊時間真長呀，國內這邊8點開始放人，建議早些去排隊，好多背大包倒貨的，並且開始放人後，先放旅行團，船就那麼兩艘，我們不到8點去排隊，10:30船才發（黑河港微信小程序下單，單人來回160），到那邊當地時間12:30（中國時間+1），入關前需要去敲最左邊的小門，發移民白卡（免費，如果嫌麻煩，在黑河這邊可以請人代填，十幾塊一個人），自行填寫。我們擔心回國也要排長隊，就直走到列寧大街左轉，路邊吃了個酸菜蒸包（以為自己買的是俄羅斯煎餅）150盧布，便利店買了一個麪包（麪包真好吃呀，50盧布，300克，剛嚼有點兒苦，越嚼越香，也不是很甜，熱乎乎剛烤出來，表皮還有些酥脆），一小盒冷藏的常温奶（就是我們這邊常温奶的味兒），一小杯冰淇淋（還好吧），一共180盧布，又在街邊買了一瓶1.5升的格瓦斯（略有延吉釀米酒的感覺，度數沒有延吉的高），210盧布，順着列寧大街往西去，走了走，差不多下午阿穆爾時間3點回到碼頭，好像是2號樓上2樓“售票處”買人頭税（一個人1200盧布），排隊上船16:30發的船，回到黑河，想直奔吃晚餐的地方，才猛然發現中國當地時間衹有不到16點。
如果自駕的話，還可以開車到五道溝的關家大院吃**（地圖和大眾點評如果找不到的話，直接定位五道溝，進村打聽）。
酒店離著名的文化街早市超級近，一定要去看一看。這個季節有我愛的東北香瓜和東北把梨。»

«Снимали два номера с окнами, в целом можно сказать, что чисто, конечно унитаз и раковина не в идеале, душ было тяжело настроить, чтобы помыться. Расположение в центре , рядом Хуафу, вечерний рынок, внизу супермаркет, переночевать одну ночь за такие деньги вполне отлично. Хозяева отеля по-русски не говорят, но это не так важно, все смогли объяснить, заселить. Ха один номер берут залог 50 юаней, повыселению возвращают.»

«Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.»

«Самое хорошее в этом отеле -его расположение. Рядом с Хуафу и пешеходной улицей.
Постельное белье и полотенца были чистые, белые. Но полотенце только большое, для рук отдельного нет.
В санузле отсутствует душевая кабина или ванная. Есть душ, но вода стекает прямо на пол.
Ремонт уставший, но для ночевки вполне нормально. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, тапочки резиновые неодноразовые, набор гигиенических принадлежностей (зубная щётка, паста, мыло, расчёска, гель для душа и шампунь).
Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный.
Единственный минус, на мой взгляд, это расположение на 3 этаже и отсутствие лифта. С вещами спускаться или подниматься не очень комфортно.
В целом отель неплохой, рекомендую для непродолжительных поездок в Хейхе.»

The room is basic with comfortable beds. The hotel has no other facilities. WiFi Internet speed is very slow.»

Usuario invitadoEl hotel es bueno, viaja por la familia.Situado a pocos pasos del centro, a unos 1 km, la habitación era limpia, la cama limpia y toallas, todas las solicitudes de frescura en la habitación y no huele a cigarrillos en Ura, la habitación estaba tranquila. El desayuno es delicioso, pero muchas cosas son agudas y todo se construye principalmente bajo su comida, en general por un costo tan alto la habitación es perfecta, gracias al gran personal por la hospitalidad!

It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

Usuario invitadoЕздили на выходные в Китай, друзья посоветовали эту гостиницу, согласилась, выбрала номер бизнес люкс, так как по фотографиям было все прям хорошо чтобы заселиться с ребёнком. Как все на самом деле: в номере почти все соответствует фотографиям, нет душевой кабины, в ванне только дырка в полу для слива воды, нет вообще крючков для полотенец, прям ни одного, это не удобно, телевизоров два, а работает один, номер бронировала для не курящих, в итоге номер 413 находится в конце коррида, где все курят прям в окно, по чистоте так себе, окна походу никогда не мылись со времен постройки здания, под кроватью такой слой пыли и грязи что ужас просто (пришлось заглянуть чтобы достать машинку ребенку) расположение удобное да, постельное чистое, но с дырками, когда зашли первый раз в номер был очень спертый прокуренный запах, пришлось проветривать пол дня чтобы как-то дышать. В общем за 7000 рублей за 2 ночи не стоит брать бизнес люкс, так как в других номерах которые дешевле все почти то же самое.

Мне все очень понравилось и расположение и сам номер. Я взяла двухместный с двуспальной кроватью. И за такие небольшие деньги я получила небольшую комнату с чайником, с КОНДИЦИОНЕРОМ, личную туалетную комнату, в удобном расположении. Не смотря на низкую стоимость такси, я им так и не воспользовалась. Так как до центра Хэйхэ идти примерно 20 минут. До любой другой достопримечательности +/- также. Тот кто не любит много ходить, безусловно может взять такси.

A la baja hay dos mini supermercados. gira a la derecha y luego a la derecha para una calle con restaurantes; desgraciadamente no me di cuenta de la que fuimos, pero fue de lo más ocupado. Pase la carretera del hotel, gire a la izquierda y a la derecha hacia abajo una pequeña carretera justo antes de un pequeño creek; todo el camino hacia abajo es el nuevo sitio del restaurante tofu mencionado en LP
