«超越期待的一次旅行，本來對民宿式的頤居不是很抱希望，開元系列除了名都，度假村和森泊以外的子品牌都像是在開盲盒，參差不齊，這家在攜程優惠後價格又很便宜。
網上評論也是吐槽不少，所以在入住前有幾分猶豫。
但是實際居住後的體驗，加大分，真的不錯很超值，除了早餐乏善可陳，其他都超過預期。
一 位置，就在鑒湖風景區內，開車到最裡麪的停車場一下來走到步行區就是他家的門頭，左轉就是柯巖景區入口和景區的商業步行街。右轉就是魯鎮入口處。驚不驚喜，意不意外。
二 住宿環境房型 ，內裏是回字形的二層樓房，東側是餐廳區。最南邊靠圍牆的地方設定了一排透明的玻璃屋，休閑棋牌，茶室等，即給後面的客房區隔音又增加了娛樂性。而北邊房子則是臨河的，不過我更推薦南向的，河那邊有點冷冷清清。中庭院子不小，樓頂有觀景台，有紅色的景觀梯子步道。
一樓配個小院子，不大，但是有四方桌和椅子，還有小門打開就能走出院子，散散步。二樓則是一個小陽台，應該是一樓比較舒服。
三 服務挺好，前台服務員小何 幹練專業，幫買票延遲退房，安排的挺好。
總體挺滿意的，床品設施雖然沒有很高大上但也不像有些網傳潮濕不堪，還是乾淨衞生的。推薦，下次來柯巖景區還是很推薦住這家。»

老闆和老闆娘十分熱情，出門笑臉相送，回來噓寒問暖。老闆娘總是笑臉，看到她我心情都超好的。以後肯定首選他家！

UUsuario invitado位置挺好，在懸崖咖啡附近，村裡的主要景觀佈置都在附近。離停車場也不算遠，現在車子不讓進村，住太裏面不太方便了，電瓶車雖有接送，但僅限於民宿與停車場。裝修一般，但勝在有一個自家的觀景平台，看日落絕佳，十九峯就在眼前。價格也實惠。圖五最中間獨一幢就是。

UUsuario invitado我定的大床房，老闆娘給我了間雙人房。靠馬路，不隔音，玻璃窗户關上也一點不隔音，比較吵。窗簾裏面一層拉不動，遮光不太好。雙人房有獨立衞生間，熱水洗澡，洗澡水多會堵，會漫上來，要等時間水才會下去。牆上有空調，但開不了，可能壞的吧可能需要付費開。提供一次性洗漱用品，建議出門自己帶。
