"Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Lots of choice at breakfast in the restaurant. The evening meal menu has limited choices, although that said, the food was top quality - there was always a meat option, fish option and a veggie option. There is also a specials board which changes every night. Decent proximity to ski lift ＜5 min walk down the hill & across the car park. Spa facilities are good but there is a cost to use at peak time. Lovely pool which is free to use. Only drawback was rooms too hot. We turned the heater off and opened the windows at night."

"This hotel truly made our Tomorrowland Winter experience 1000000% better. First, the location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the festival grounds, and right next to the gondola. I can literally run out and snowboard right away! :) Next, the staff were just AMAZING and super friendly! I especially LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff who brought us chocolates and treats every night. And everyone there was just so friendly and kind. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I am absolutely obsessed with that les croziflette. I also loooove all the drinks too. The room is so cozy and warm. I love the ski chalet and log cabin theme. And everything was super clean and comfortable. After the festival, I literally slept for 24 hours in that comfy bed. Thank you SO SO SO much! Please save me a spot for TML Winter 2027 :)"

Claims to be a 6 bedroom, but they have counted the garage as a bedroom. Everything shabby, horrible chalet seriously don’t bother booking it doesn’t deserve your money."

"Lovely place in a great location, with very friendly and welcoming staff. I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. It has a warm and traditional chalet feel and was spotlessly clean at all times. We were a group of three, 1 adult, 2 teenage boys (16 and 18) and stayed in a triple room (room 21). The room was nicely decorated, the 3 single beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, the shower was powerful and always hot. Our room didn't have a balcony, as not every room does, but this didn't bother us particularly. It was a South-facing room, and the view was superb. Breakfast - continental with high quality breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereal, quiche and tarts. Perfect. Wifi - free, not quite up to streaming, but fine for everything else. Ski and boot storage - plenty room in the ski room accessed from outside. Boot room with dryers/warmers accessible from reception. Nearby - 3 ski rental shops within a few meters of the hotel, loads of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Ski access - bucket lift across the road which takes you to the bottom of the pistes. You can ski back to the hotel, but it's pretty flat so not much good on a snowboard! Criticisms - nothing of note. The room was too hot on the first night, even with the radiator switched off. Open the window in the evening and it's fine, as long as there is no-one singing on the street in the early hours! If I return to Alpe d'Huez, I'll probably go back to this hotel."

"Situacion muy cerca del centro neuràlgico de la estacion a 50 metros de una pista. El establecimiento esta explotado por la pròpiedad con esmero y atencion al cliente. Las habitaciones remodeladas son amplias i correctament mantenidas. Disfruta de restaurante a precios contenidos, servicio de sauna y gimnasio. Guarda esquí climatizado para las botas. Hotel tipo alpino con un confortable salón. En general una muy buena opción para disfrutar de una estancia confortable a un precio razonable. También está especializado en vacaciones de verano para practicar ciclismo."

"Very well located aparthotel and good reception the very big problem in this hotel is the cleaning we had 3 rooms and the first day in the family room cleaning was not done and in the other 2 they were missing towels and toilet paper and the 2nd day cleaning was not done at all at 6 p.m. we had to go and complain to reception so that they come and do the cleaning not very practical with young children who needed to rest"

"The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, tasteful decor and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is of top quality, with the breakfast buffet having a wide range of options and the evening meals were delicious and presented well. One thing to note is the evening menu is the same every night with only 2 of each starter, main and dessert to chose from, apart from some specials that do change every day. The location is right in the centre of town, perfect for shops and restaurants however, is a 10 minute walk to the nearest gondola to take you to the slopes (which can be a pain in ski boots and carrying your skis!). There is a free shuttle bus that goes from the nearby ice rink to the slopes but unfortunately we never timed this right. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is perfect. The only downside is that the beds are quite firm, and for us quite uncomfortable, and during the night, the roads below are full of loud drunks returning from the nearby bars which have woken us up multiple times. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in the Royal Ours Blanc and would recommend it to a friend, keeping in mind the pros and cons of the location."

"Arrival at 15:30 to get my room reservation for 16h. I had to raise the tone at 17:30 because I still had no room. Seeing the floor room in the hall of my room, faced with the lifts was not worthy of a 4-star. The entrance of the hotel is not open, full of snow and smoke on the ground or cracked on the top of the hotel's letter box."

"Benji hizo una gran experiencia. Muy atenta, útil y un músico talentoso. La posición del hotel es grande con un paseo de 50 m a las calles. El restaurante ofrece probablemente las mejores vistas en AD. Las habitaciones son limpias, con un bonito balcón y vistas a la montaña.
