"Llevo ya 3 cierres de temporada en este hotel, y seguiré siempre. Hotel montañero de lujo superagradable, cómodo, al lado de la góndola. Personal superatento, vistas preciosas y un spa muy cuco para relajarse después del esquí pero con un pero, hace 2 años 10 euros, el pasado 15 y este 25. Creo que estando alojado en el hotel es caro, debería estar incluido, o cobrar 10 como mucho."

"This hotel truly made our Tomorrowland Winter experience 1000000% better. First, the location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the festival grounds, and right next to the gondola. I can literally run out and snowboard right away! :) Next, the staff were just AMAZING and super friendly! I especially LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff who brought us chocolates and treats every night. And everyone there was just so friendly and kind. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I am absolutely obsessed with that les croziflette. I also loooove all the drinks too. The room is so cozy and warm. I love the ski chalet and log cabin theme. And everything was super clean and comfortable. After the festival, I literally slept for 24 hours in that comfy bed. Thank you SO SO SO much! Please save me a spot for TML Winter 2027 :)"

"We were incorrectly charged tourist tax by the hotel. Something they revealed by accident when we asked to settle our bill for breakfast. They decided not to charge for breakfast, but still owed us an outstanding balance. They did not refund us on the day but asked that we email our details. Despite repeated attempts to gain the refund they have still not done so. Fellow travellers beware."

"Situacion muy cerca del centro neuràlgico de la estacion a 50 metros de una pista. El establecimiento esta explotado por la pròpiedad con esmero y atencion al cliente. Las habitaciones remodeladas son amplias i correctament mantenidas. Disfruta de restaurante a precios contenidos, servicio de sauna y gimnasio. Guarda esquí climatizado para las botas. Hotel tipo alpino con un confortable salón. En general una muy buena opción para disfrutar de una estancia confortable a un precio razonable. También está especializado en vacaciones de verano para practicar ciclismo."

"Lovely place in a great location, with very friendly and welcoming staff. I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. It has a warm and traditional chalet feel and was spotlessly clean at all times. We were a group of three, 1 adult, 2 teenage boys (16 and 18) and stayed in a triple room (room 21). The room was nicely decorated, the 3 single beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, the shower was powerful and always hot. Our room didn't have a balcony, as not every room does, but this didn't bother us particularly. It was a South-facing room, and the view was superb. Breakfast - continental with high quality breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereal, quiche and tarts. Perfect. Wifi - free, not quite up to streaming, but fine for everything else. Ski and boot storage - plenty room in the ski room accessed from outside. Boot room with dryers/warmers accessible from reception. Nearby - 3 ski rental shops within a few meters of the hotel, loads of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Ski access - bucket lift across the road which takes you to the bottom of the pistes. You can ski back to the hotel, but it's pretty flat so not much good on a snowboard! Criticisms - nothing of note. The room was too hot on the first night, even with the radiator switched off. Open the window in the evening and it's fine, as long as there is no-one singing on the street in the early hours! If I return to Alpe d'Huez, I'll probably go back to this hotel."

"Nos quedamos en el hotel en la parte del complejo y no podíamos culparlo. Teníamos un gran 3 dormitorios para los 5 de nosotros que vimos Bergers. Era hermoso. El personal era amigable y útil. Se proporcionaron toallas, baños y pantalones de baño. También secador de pelo muy bueno. Cuchillo, lavado líquido, etc también proporcionado. Toallas y bolsas de pañuelo sustituidos diariamente. El desayuno fue delicioso. Una gran selección de alimentos de buena calidad, una máquina de zumo naranja fresco y una máquina de panqueques, que los niños amaban!
