Our personal favorite -- Koinania Kafé, The Corn Palace, and other restaurants are all within walking distance. Located conveniently, it still has the quiet neighborhood perfect to relax in. The house has a big backyard, a driveway to park in the front and also a driveway to park in the back. The house is in the last stages of remodel but very usable.
