I recently stayed at Wanda Vista, and honestly, it was such a nice experience from start to finish. The hotel is super comfy, with clean and cozy rooms that make it easy to just relax and chill. What made the biggest impression was the staff. Everyone I came across was so friendly and welcoming,they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good time. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all went above and beyond to make me feel at home.Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with awesome people!

**Un estancia memorable en el Hotel de lujo de Meiyuan, Hohhot
La casa de la ciudad de Hohhot es un hotel de 2 estrellas con un servicio de calidad y una habitación de 3 estrellas. El personal nos saludó con un auténtico sonrisa y un servicio inequívoco, garantizando un proceso de check-in fluido.
La habitación que nos quedamos no era nada menos que lujosa. La cama era increíblemente cómoda, y las ropas de alta calidad se hicieron para dormir tranquila la noche. Nos impresionó especialmente la atención a los detalles en las instalaciones de la habitación, que incluyeron todo lo que podríamos necesitar para una estancia cómoda, desde un minibar totalmente almacenado hasta un baño bien designado con toallas de primer nivel.
Las opciones de cena del hotel son igualmente impresionantes. El desayuno buffet fue un destacado, con una amplia variedad de platos que se pueden elegir, todos frescos y bien presentados. El personal del restaurante era atento y ansioso para acomodar nuestras preferencias alimentarias, haciendo que nuestra experiencia de comer realmente agradable.
Además de las excelentes instalaciones, lo que realmente nos parecía ser el nivel de servicio proporcionado por el personal del hotel. GGeorgeLaowaiHad an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed.
The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕.
Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

4. Staff didn't speak well English but tried their best to help. Staff helped me book museum ticket and taxi.
Stayed 6 nights in total.
5. Cleanliness is good in general but it seems bathrooms have never been cleaned properly for a long time or staff don't know how to rub the bathroom floor and wall.
Con:
1. The bathroom floors of single room on 4th and 6th floors (wet part) have the usual bathroom stains from germs that is very easy to clean with toilet cleaning detergent and a brush but it seemed staff didn't know how to clean. Very typical in China that the bathroom.isnt clean. The curtain also has stain from water. This can easily be clean by popping it into the laundry.
2. single room on floor 6th could hear noises from outside.
First 4 nights on 4th floor, we'll slept, didn't hear guests forneighbour room. Another two nights on 6th floor, Heard guests from neighboring room, and trough the door, seemed the door has gaps.
Will stay here again, hope the toilet will be cleaned better.

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences.
First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian).
My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated.
My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place?
My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location.
All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Entrar en el cuarto para ver el estilo de decoración de la habitación es un poco de estilo chino antiguo, y la cama también es muy cómoda! Hay un parque de hierbas alrededor, la vista de la noche más reciente es hermosa! Se recomienda muy bien vivir aquí. El desayuno del día siguiente también es delicioso.

DDavid1980The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading.
If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including:
1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes.
2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines.
3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls.
This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.
