"Check-in lasted 1.5 hours, and the room with two extra beds for children was not available. By the time the issue was solved, all restaurants were closed (22:00). After an 8-hour trip, we had no dinner, no snacks, and not even bottled water available. The room was on the second floor, very warm because of the roof heat, with no air conditioning, no soap, and no drinking water. Breakfast was disappointing: overripe pineapple, untidy table setting, and even a trash container on the serving table. Check-out is at 10:00, unusually early, though staff allowed a slightly later check-out as a small compensation. Still, I cannot recommend this hotel, at least not with breakfast included."

"La habitación en la parte superior del 2o piso es demasiado baja. No hay etiquetas de la habitación fuera de la puerta, y la mayoría de las demás habitaciones tienen etiquetas de la habitación, así que naturalmente creo que no es una habitación sin cigarrillos. Pregunte a la recepción si quiere cambiar, la recepción dice que es una habitación sin tabaco... Otros también, la piscina cálida del hotel es genial! ¡Debes ir a la cama! ¡El entorno alrededor del hotel también es muy agradable!"

"The best: -Very clean and quiet rooms. -Very fluffy bathrobes, and one spa towel and spa undertowel. -Enough parking lots. -All thermal and treatment places are very close to each other and totally barrier-free. -Helpful, patient and nice staff - all of them, from the receptionists to the first-aid paramedics to the housekeeping ladies. -Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, table and chairs in the balcony are a plus. --Fresh, well-cooked, savoury, mostly Hungarian food, not too much variety but everything was very tasty and easy to digest (a plus for ailing guests). We enjoyed especially the goulash, the fish stews, the "bivaly" (oxen) slices, the beefsteak tartar, and the hot Hungarian desserts (the hot curd cheese pastry with berry sauce was wonderful, for instance!). -The outdoor heated pool with jacuzzi and bubbly "hotspots" is fantastic and big enough to accommodate a few dozen guests at a time. -Pets are welcome, a big plus for many elderly patients who can't bear to be separated from them. Can be improved: -Zero bottled water in the room (c'mon, this is an intensive thermal treatment facility, and constant hydration is a MUST!), although there are two drinking water fountains in the basement/spa area, and one drinking water spigot inside the breakfast and dinner restaurant. -EVERY drink at lunch and dinner (except tap water) must be paid extra - and it´s *expensive*: I mean, 4 Euros for a 1 liter water bottle? A hint: there´s a tiny tobacco shop just opposite the hotel where you can buy water, sodas, beer, and alcoholic beverages for a fraction of the price they are asking at the hotel. -No lunch is included, only breakfast and dinner. The only place you can have a narrow selection of hot sandwiches and simple dishes is the bar on the reception floor. Again, no free water or any kind of drinks. -No coffee/tea with the dinner buffet offered - again, this is a half-medical spa where most guests would really appreciate some kind of digestive tea/chamomile/herbal infusion after dinner. -No bedroom slippers unless you are staying in a "superior category" room. -The indoor swimming pool is very useful, but 28ºC water temperature (at least, that was the advertised themp) is a bit too chilly for wintertime. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 points, we were very satisfied, and we will certainly return!"

"We stayed for 1 night and everything was super clean and comfortable. Big room as in the photos,good breakfast and diner. Exceptional saunas and the location near heviz lake. We really enjoyed the stay,atmosphere and service. Bonus points for the fact that check-in was done earlier than usual as we were an organized group tour won’t travel agency."
