«We recently stayed at Moganshan Mountain Villa for one night and had a very enjoyable experience overall.
The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by stunning scenery that really allows you to appreciate the natural beauty of Moganshan. The interior of the hotel is also very pleasant, with comfortable and well-maintained facilities that make for a relaxing stay.
The staff were helpful throughout our visit and were always willing to assist when needed. At times, however, some staff members came across as a little blunt. A warmer, friendlier approach and a few more smiles would help create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests.
There are also a couple of areas where the hotel could be improved. An outdoor table tennis table would be a great addition and would provide another enjoyable activity for guests. Additionally, my girlfriend got a splinter in her foot around the pool area, so it may be worth checking the surfaces there to ensure they are safe and well maintained.
Despite these minor points, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.»

The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning.
Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra.
The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day.
The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay.
Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter.
The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games.
Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening.
Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación. Hay una enorme terraza fuera del salón y es muy cómodo sent**** en el columpio y disfrutar del paisaje. También hay un arce con hojas rojas en la puerta, que es muy fotogénico para tomar fotografías debajo. Puedes ver Naked Castle desde la ventana de la habitación y puedes ver el amanecer desde la habitación.

First of all, the hotel was very kind to let us check in earlier and it helped us so much because we stayed in Moganshan to participate in sports race. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel’s service and attitude was outstanding. I genuinely was so pleased with kindness of each employee there beginning from receptionist to cleaners. Every single time we were offered help to carry our bags and child stroller, and even we refuse help, there always was someone still pick it up for us and carry up and down the stairs. There are plenty of activities for kids. Location is good, it’s only 15 mins from Moganshan’s center with restaurants etc, but it’s quiet and peaceful. Area is clean and pleasant. Thanks so much for wonderful weekend!

La cabaña familiar en la que nos hospedamos esta vez tiene una cama grande en el dormitorio principal en el primer piso y una azotea en el segundo piso con dos camas individuales separadas, muy adecuada para traer dos niños. Ya sabes, finalmente no es necesario que 4 personas se amontonen en 2 camas.
Tanto los dormitorios como el salón están equipados con aires acondicionados, y el baño tiene calefactor, por lo que no sentirás frío aunque la temperatura esté bajo cero.
Como nos mudamos antes del Festival de Primavera, había muy poca gente y contratamos el patio de recreo.
Hay pavos reales y ovejas en el lindo paraíso de mascotas del hotel, pero no se vio ningún otro animal.
Lo más valioso es que al anochecer se pueden ver muchas estrellas que no son visibles en las grandes ciudades.
El hotel es muy grande. Debe tomar un autobús de enlace hacia y desde el centro de recepción. Es inconveniente pedir comida para llevar. También puede comprar comida con anticipación. vaya a los restaurantes occidentales y chinos del hotel.
