Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

房間夠大，衞生沒有槽點。服務人員都很熱情，帥哥美女多，包括小鎮裏的小哥哥小姐姐顏值都不錯。Nico小美女提前加了微信發了地址相關訊息。假期人比較多。網球沒位置。漏了東西在酒店也寄過來了。不好的點就是西餐廳沒有點餐，花了238買了個雙人套餐半自助，説實在是衹能填飽肚子，沒有口味而言。然後沒有spa，把孩子丟到鎮裏玩。本來想沐足或者按摩，大堂經理説正在升級，暫時都沒有。

酒店的環境非常好，建築物拍照很好看，是歐陸風格的城堡，外面有些特色店舖可以逛逛，基本上吃喝玩樂配套齊全，整個景區打理的非常乾淨。走路幾分鐘有個兒童遊樂場，玩滑梯玩水都可以，父母可以放手幾個小時，小孩玩到不想走。
酒店的服務員Niko非常貼心，在入住前提早跟我联系好，安排好小孩需要的物品，並在入住後提供了很多的幫助。有一晚小孩在晚飯時間睡著了，她很貼心的幫我們打包餐點送房間，讓我們不用餓著實在是太好了。退房後也遇到另一位同事尤俊格推薦了附近好玩的地方和酒店，並和那邊提前聯繫了，實的很貼心，服務周到！

一開始去的時候，以為是景點似在歐洲小鎮， 但原來整個氣息及感覺都像自己走在歐洲。
這次入住公主酒店， 所有的職員都很熱情， 特別是小朋友病了， 他們也很關心及問我們需要， 這次特別謝謝管家佳麗的招待。
這個地方很適合 在繁忙的生活中調劑一下， 會有下一次。

二刷九龍湖公主酒店，比年初來的時候商鋪多了很多，感謝管家Niko在到店前一天就聯繫我瞭解我對酒店的要求並細心的最好安排，輸入好車牌號碼方便我們進出。這次是慶生來的，也是奔着網球場去的，很喜歡這裏的悠閑和好空氣，管家還送了生日禮，特別用心。推薦晚上去跳海品嚐各種特殊精釀啤酒，就着河風很chill
