Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

一開始訂酒店的時候是有些擔心的，因為看到上面介紹這家酒店開業了有10多年，就擔心是那種舊舊的酒店，但實際過來看起來真得很棒。從入住上來講，一入住就有專門的酒店管家加我微信，特別要表揚一下酒店的王思琪小姐，在提前一天就非常細心的幫我們把車牌入入了二系統也跟我們介紹了酒店裡麪各種的服務設施和裏面的遊覽車時間。當知道我們家有小朋友的時候，還貼心的幫我們安排了床圍，服務非常的周到。那這個酒店的話呢離安娜亞的小鎮非常的近，步行就可以到，因為是老狼的演唱會，居然還在早餐廳遇到了老狼，真的算是意外之喜，怎麼來説還是非常推薦這家酒店的。

酒店服務很好，酒店經理泳濤提前一天將入住流程和遊玩攻略告知本人，入住當晚還為我們準備好糖水，非常貼心。大堂的工作人員看見小朋友為他們送上小玩具，孩子非常開心。退房離開酒店前還為我們送上雪花酥。公主酒店入住體驗非常滿意，服務真的很好，酒店離小鎮很近，值得推薦！

房間寬敞明亮，有個大陽台很舒服，管家Nora提前加了聯繫方式，提供了阿那亞的園區訊息，安排好房間，非常周到，來看老狼音樂會，住在公主酒店是太明智的決定，園區的接駁服務很方便，節日客人比平日多，但是酒店和園區工作人員真的非常熱情禮貌細緻，山下的小鎮和山頂的湖光山色也很不錯。
