Room Experience: My first room was completely unacceptable - it didn't match my booking (not a smart room), had terrible privacy issues with visible adjacent windows, and a broken phone. Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to wait until the next day to change rooms. Thankfully, the second room was the "Smart Superior Room" I originally booked, complete with the Xiao Du smart system and proper amenities.
Location: Perfectly situated, steps from train station - line 1 , surrouded by malls and eateries. Ideal for convenience and dining.
Cleanliness: Unacceptable. Daily cleaning was inconsistent – missed spots, empty shampoo bottle on arrival. Live cockroach in bathroom on final day! Staff response was shocking: "That’s normal, happens once in a while." Absolutely inexcusable – basic hygiene is non-negotiable for any hotel.
Service: Needs Serious Improvement. Unprofessional handling of issues, especially the cockroach incident. Staff clearly lack proper training in customer service and accountability.
Facilities: Functional but only one elevator – long waits during peak times.
Overall: Great location & decent room (after switching), but ruined by filth and apathetic staff. Would not recommend unless management enforces strict cleanliness protocols and retrains staff.
