The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Alot of lowest rating at google i think they put alot expectations. 14 jan 25 , Tuesday is my check in date non busy date. 100% Recommended

La casa se construyó como un condominio y luego se renovó en un hotel. llegué a las 8:15 pm, pero no había personal en el escritorio delantero. En cambio, había un signo que instruyó a los huéspedes para enviar un mensaje a través de WhatsApp. Después de enviar el mensaje, un miembro del personal llegó después de un tiempo. No había estacionamiento en el lugar, por lo que tuve que estacionar en un edificio separado (la tarifa de estacionamiento se renunciaba), y los sonidos de las personas caminando y corriendo el agua fueron bastante audibles, lo que dificultó dormir a la noche. La primavera caliente era caliente en comparación con mis expectativas, pero fue un poco agradable. En general, era realmente promedio, y no creo que voy a visitar otra vez.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍
