Todo parece bien, excepto que el estacionamiento es muy lejos y la tarjeta de estacionamiento se validará en el lobby del hotel, lo cual no es conveniente. Desde el cuarto al jardín del cielo y tomar otro viento de otro bloque de torre al Lobby para obtener la tarjeta validada con estacionamiento gratuito, y luego hv para tomar el viento de vuelta a Sky Gdn, y luego tomar otro viento en otro bloque de torre, sólo para poder llegar a mi coche. Después de validar el mapa, nos encontramos en 15 minutos en el estacionamiento. Experienciado mientras toma vida de la sala de estar, a veces puede tomar 5 minutos esperando la vida, así que nos hace un poco nervioso & hv a muy rápido tratar de conseguir el coche lo antes posible 🤦♂️

1.首先能坐擺渡車的話優先跟管家定擺渡車哈。因為打車很難講清去哪裡。在the first hotel這邊車價比較混亂。報價25-40都有，也不缺客人。所以想省事的話還是可以定擺渡，6rm一位。
2.其次酒店位置是酒店公寓，到Grand Ion Delemen Hotel位置后可以找管家來接，因為過去房間還是有點繞。
3.公寓酒店的環境還是很好的，是個套房，廚房飲水機冰箱洗衣機熨斗電視等都有。還有零食可以吃。主要還是對衛生間設計比較滿意，因為有衣物掛鈎和通風，換洗很方便。
4.雲頂可能是因為雲多的關係其實也看不到什麼哈。外麪都是雲和霧。

Clean. Confortable para el alojamiento.
La vista es un poco menos debido a la construcción al lado del edificio. Si quieres jugar en la piscina, tienes que escribir un nombre, la guardia siempre lo mirará.

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards.
Amazing hotel property, very detailed,
almost all properties in my room are amazing,
there is a Christmas tree inside my room,
free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture ,
wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality,
also bathroom properties from the white company.
The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this.
The location is perfect inside the mall,
next door to mall and theme park.
room cleanliness: perfect.
Breakfast : not buffet breakfast.
food is not varied, little protein.
Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

UUsuario invitadoGreat place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

VValerieI am contented with the hotel. Can't ask for much. The breakfast was good enough for my grandson n myself. We enjoyed the food. After breakfast, we will take a walk at the park/playground to enjoy the fresh air. The swimming pool was great. They clean the pool 3 times a week. We spent a week in the hotel for our holiday. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping had done a good job.

Bed sheet had some brown stains

I will return again for my next trip
Paying a cup of Genting Starbucks coffee feels more expensive than paying for this unit.
It’s definitely worth it despite the issues.

UUsuario anónimoIt was a quick getaway before starts working..not my first time here in windmill and booking under maple home..easy to check in and check out..parking card access provided..everything was smooth..only that there's only one mirror in the house..that's only in the toilet..appreciate if you could add one mirror at the hall or in the room..will definitely come back some time soon..

BBasseeOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

JJolinChanEn cuanto a las colas, todos vamos directamente a la máquina para hacer el check-in. Resulta que son vacaciones escolares y hay mucha gente. Usé mi nombre para reservar 2 habitaciones en la máquina, pero solo me dieron una tarjeta de acceso para 1 habitación y no pude volver a ingresar a la máquina. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que había cola, pero que no estaba dispuesto a ayudar en absoluto. Más tarde, después de hacer cola durante una hora y media, la persona en el mostrador dijo que podía hacerlo con una máquina de allí y que el personal me ayudaría y pensé que tenían un problema y se lo informé. Los recién llegados de fuera no sabían nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo. La premisa es que para la tarjeta de liberación que obtuve, debido a que el check-in no puede ser hasta las 3 en punto, la tarjeta de liberación que recibí a las 2:45 pm también tuvo que pagar el dinero que recibí antes. Yo también pagué, sólo para tener que hacer cola para conseguir una segunda tarjeta.
