Este es un nuevo edificio (M3) bajo Ion Majestic. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, pero todavía no están totalmente equipadas. Sin embargo, el fuerte olor de la renovación es notable en todo el tiempo, y el baño de la sala de estar del hotel tiene un olor desagradable. Además, el flujo de agua en el baño es lento. En general, es un hotel decente. Hay un servicio de autobús de transbordo al parque temático a intervalos horarios, pero debe ser reservado y pagado por cada viaje por separado. Sugiero que reconsidere la calificación 5-star, ya que el hotel no cumple todavía esa norma.

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Alot of lowest rating at google i think they put alot expectations. 14 jan 25 , Tuesday is my check in date non busy date. 100% Recommended

We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

Loved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay

La mejor experiencia por su precio, recomiendo el hotel si planea pasar unas vacaciones en Genting a un precio asequible, solo asegúrese de tener un vehículo personal ya que su ubicación está un poco lejos de la carretera principal. El recepcionista es amable al darnos una habitación comunicada ya que inicialmente reservé 2 habitaciones, el desayuno es tipo buffet y hay varios alimentos para elegir, lo cual es interesante y vale la pena.

En cuanto a las colas, todos vamos directamente a la máquina para hacer el check-in. Resulta que son vacaciones escolares y hay mucha gente. Usé mi nombre para reservar 2 habitaciones en la máquina, pero solo me dieron una tarjeta de acceso para 1 habitación y no pude volver a ingresar a la máquina. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que había cola, pero que no estaba dispuesto a ayudar en absoluto. Más tarde, después de hacer cola durante una hora y media, la persona en el mostrador dijo que podía hacerlo con una máquina de allí y que el personal me ayudaría y pensé que tenían un problema y se lo informé. Los recién llegados de fuera no sabían nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo. La premisa es que para la tarjeta de liberación que obtuve, debido a que el check-in no puede ser hasta las 3 en punto, la tarjeta de liberación que recibí a las 2:45 pm también tuvo que pagar el dinero que recibí antes. Yo también pagué, sólo para tener que hacer cola para conseguir una segunda tarjeta.
