I can only say that you get what you pay for, and the experience is really average."

The room cleaning is required at noon in the morning, but it is actually only after 4pm, and only the garbage is disposed of. The service attitude is quite sloppy. There are several supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is convenient."

"¡UNA EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE! Sin llave de la habitación, los vecinos dando sus propios conciertos de rap en el pasillo hasta las 3 de la madrugada sin ayuda de recepción y sin desayuno. Llegamos al hotel para registrarnos y la recepcionista (que era encantadora) nos dijo que la máquina de tarjetas no funcionaba, lo cual no habría sido un problema, salvo que dijo que su gerente tendría que venir a arreglarla más tarde. La oímos llamar a ambos (solo hay dos) y ambos le dijeron que el otro sí funcionaba en ese momento. Así que no pudimos conseguir ninguna tarjeta durante toda nuestra estancia y tuvimos que pedirle a recepción que nos dejara entrar. Además, nuestros vecinos pusieron música a todo volumen y cantaron como si estuvieran actuando en un estadio lleno hasta pasadas las 3 de la madrugada. Intentamos llamar a recepción a varios números que nos dieron, ya que les habíamos pedido a los vecinos que bajaran la música, pero no lo hicieron, pero no hubo respuesta del hotel a pesar de que supuestamente estaban abiertos las 24 horas. Al final, dormimos muy poco y nos sentimos muy incómodos toda la noche. Por la mañana, se lo dijimos a recepción y simplemente se encogieron de hombros, sin darles ninguna importancia. El desayuno terminó a las 9:00 y llegamos a las 8:15. No había desayuno, salvo un montón de salchichas a 45 minutos del final. Ni siquiera había platos ni cubiertos disponibles, aunque sí había desayuno. Esta fue la peor experiencia hotelera que hemos tenido debido a la mala gestión y la falta de accesibilidad y organización. No recomiendo alojarse aquí. Lo desaconsejo."

"Hotel is in about 4 miles from the UF campus and football stadium, easy ride away in a quit newly developed shops/recreation/business area. Free parking in parking structure, pleasant and quick check in and out. Our room was nicely modern decorated, clean, no odor. Bedsheets were fresh & comfortable. We had no warm water in the morning for shower, late evening was no issue. A/C was quite loud, person sleeping right next to an a/c vent woke up every time a/c turned on. Bad design. We would come back, just need to check the location of A/C in particular room."
