"Stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The staff were more interested in looking after wedding guests that were not actually staying at this hotel, service was not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. I asked the manager for afternoon tea with my wife we waited 30 minutes no tea? I went to find out what the delay was only to find the manager sat at a table on his phone, sorry I forgot. The tea was served within minutes. This was not the only time we were over looked. We decided to have a light lunch toasted sandwich, this was nothing short of disgusting ( see photo) the Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves, to disguise the burnt toasted sandwich the Chief’s turned the sandwich over. I made my feelings clear. The room we stayed in was okay, sadly the air conditioning failed and was not fixed for 24 hours. The beach is nice and quiet in the week gets busy at the weekend. Note there is a lot of steps going down and back up. I personally wouldn’t go back."

"I stayed at this 4-star hotel, and while it has some positive aspects, I believe there are several areas that could be improved to improve the overall experience. I'll start with the positives: the hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach, and our room had a sea view and a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. The lobby is large, elegant, and well-maintained. The outdoor spaces were also spacious, equipped with tables and chairs, and the outdoor bar where you can enjoy a cool drink while gazing out at the sea is a true relaxation experience! The free indoor parking is also good. Let's move on to the areas that could be improved: our double room was very small; there wasn't even room for a chair! Opening our suitcase was almost a balancing act, as there was no dedicated place to put it, and there wasn't even a chair, as mentioned above, due to the small and cramped spaces in both the room and bathroom. As you can see from the attached photos, the dated furnishings and some details of the decor and finishes—such as the door jambs and the sink cabinet—show signs of wear and tear that could use some maintenance. The same goes for some common areas, such as the staircase, which don't convey a true 4-star feel. As for the bathroom, the dispensers were empty and there were no toiletries. At reception, they explained to me that they don't use amenity kits, but I pointed out that the basic products aren't optional, but rather standard for a hotel of this category. I was assured that they would refill the dispensers, and when I returned, I found a courtesy kit—an appreciated solution, even if it contradicted what the receptionist had previously told me. Breakfast is good, but if you arrive after 8:30, the selection is severely limited: scrambled eggs, sandwiches, cold cuts, and other items were sold out, and several items weren't replenished. In a 4-star hotel, however, the quality and variety of breakfast shouldn't depend on the time slot, at least within official service hours. A decidedly positive note goes to the dining room staff, who are always kind, attentive, and professional. Their courtesy is certainly the only true element that fully reflects the level of a 4-star hotel. I hope these observations are useful in improving the guest experience, and I look forward to returning in the future to see the improvements, because I would truly love to return to a renovated version of the property."
