"Lons is the all-round perfect hotel IN the village of Foix so that you don't need a car to get to fabulous restaurants. We did have a car and the staff helped us with parking instructions, walks, restaurants, and more. Breakfasts were perfect with anything you'd hope for including fresh croissants and local jam and fruit. Our room overlooked the river and was very quiet at night with comfortable beds and pillows. We had a little desk with 2 chairs and plenty of room for suitcases. Foix is the perfect small town with weekly markets, many shops, restaurants, an amazing museum, and tiny streets (easy to get lost but you'll have a map from the hotel). Enjoy!"

"Es un hotel pegado a la carretera con habitaciones a pie de calle (estilo motel de carretera de EEUU), parking privado en la calle frente a las habitaciones.  Bastante antiguo. La cama es cómoda. Pagamos 178 euros por dos noches, precio excesivo para la calidad del alojamiento. El desayuno es variado, buffet. Está bien. Dejan mascotas por 8 euros al día cada una"

"Excellent location in centre of Foix old town and backing onto the river. Friendly and helpful reception staff. As they say, rooms do not have airconditioning and breakfast is normal continental style in restaurant overlooking the river. You are lucky to get parking outside the hotel (limited time on a meter)."
