"The name of the property is decidedly misleading, as it's a poorly furnished room with no hint of luxury. Check-in/out is unprejudiced: at reception, if you're lucky enough to find someone, you might encounter a woman who doesn't speak English and is very difficult to communicate with. No one will ask for your ID. The property doesn't have parking; breakfast is offered at a nearby bar. A welcome gift upon arrival, announced in the booking, was provided. He didn't show up either. There's nothing that suggests a suite, much less luxury, especially the photocell faucet, which is very difficult to operate. Good location, nothing else."

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"We had a fantastic time here. Our apartment (10) was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette area was well equipped. The staff we encountered were lovely, including Tony, who helped take our suitcases up. May was a perfect time to go; we had the pool to ourselves most days. Pool towels are provided. It’s a tranquil place. There are lots of stairs to the apartments so I would say they may not be suitable for people with mobility issues."

"First of all , I am not the type of person who spend time to write a bad review , but I will make an exception for this place . I had booked as a present to my family the Danai room. They suggest me to book it via their page and not from booking . I used my card for the payment. When my family arrived , they told them that the room was unpaid and that they have to make the payment. In this point I would like to tell you that the payment was completed. They had my card number more than one month . When I call the agency to explain the situation, I told them that they should had call me about the payment , and not to interrupt the guests . When I first mention the issue, a woman told me that she will investigate it and she will call me back . She never did. I called again, I spoke with a man , he introduced himself as Michalis . He refused to give me his last name . He replied to me that he doesn’t care and I am free to complain everywhere . He hung up the phone ."

"El hotel está situado en una hermosa parte de la isla. Las terrazas son lujosas y la piscina es grande. Adoramos todo aquí en cuanto al entorno, vistas, instalaciones y nuestra habitación, pero el servicio era muy pobre, especialmente con la mesa delantera. La habitación estaba directamente cerca de la piscina, y dos noches en fila de música en vivo estaba jugando en el restaurante de la piscina hasta las 11:00, lo que es genial si estás allí, pero no cuando tienes un niño pequeño y tratas de ponerlos en la cama. El día siguiente, cuando le dije al miembro del escritorio frontal que la música era muy alta en nuestra habitación y no podíamos dormir, dijo que sí podemos jugar música hasta 11. Cuando empujé más y pregunté si podíamos mover la respuesta era no. Y eso fue lo que fue. Aprecio que el hotel esté totalmente reservado, pero un gesto simple, una excusa o una simpatía habría ido mucho."

"We arrived in Fiskardo from Ithaki and were delighted to find that Faros Suites is just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Our first impression was excellent. Although we arrived early and the previous guests had only just checked out, the staff immediately prioritised cleaning our suite so we could check in ahead of schedule. We stayed in Loft Suite No. 9 and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, beautifully designed, cool and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The small pool was a lovely bonus and perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The location is ideal. We easily walked to both Foki Beach and Emblisi Beach, and Fiskardo harbour is only a short stroll away. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary breakfast offerings on the terrace, including coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. We felt well looked after throughout our visit and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Faros Suites was a fantastic base for exploring Fiskardo, and we would happily stay here again."
