"The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach and that's automatically a huge plus. The lobby smelled good but the room so so. The breakfast in the morning had good selections like fresh croissants and various packaged danishes. I didn't try the meat patties but they smelled horrendous. I like them generally but that smell was unusually bad. Service was good. For $140, I'm not sure if I'd stay again, but being it's basically on the beach it's ok I guess. For around $110 it'd be excellent value."

"Friendly, helpful staff. However it 2:15 we were told our room would be ready in 30 min and someone would call us. I did not receive a phone call & had to go back in one he. to check on the status of our room! Most of the food for breakfast. However the egg omelet did not have much taste & the bacon was greasy and so very thin! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. 5"

"The location of this inn is perfect and the people that work here are very kind. The price is very reasonable for the area. I’m giving a 3 star review because I felt that our room was misrepresented in photos and description and a few other reasons I’ll mention. The swallow room is laid out differently now than in the photos, and it does not disclose that there is a window a/c unit. It also boasts a rain shower when there is none and obviously has never had one. A couple other things to note about our room: the towels are scratchy and do not dry well and the bedding is polyester and you can tell. The internet is not sufficient to watch a movie through the Roku provided (we made it about a third into a movie). The mirror in the bathroom is too high and small for anyone that’s not very tall. The inn also needs more day to day upkeep (cleaning the back yard and in and around the pool which, lounge chairs by pool need replacing with bolts missing, our doorknob kept falling off). There also needs more attention paid to the cleaning and replenishing of the rooms (had to request towels be brought when there were none upon arrival, had to request new toilet paper when it got down to absolutely none left, and one day room was never cleaned up with dirty towels not taken or bed made). I also have Celiac disease and had a severe food incident due to the breakfast served here that ruined a full day of our trip unfortunately and which I’ll be recovering from in the upcoming weeks. The owner surprisingly never reached out to me about to his event."
