"We have stayed here on a number of occasions. We both have walking difficulties. Carrying a case upstairs is not an option. It doesn’t have a lift. To ensure being on the ground floor we book an accessible room. We have always found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. Having two comfortable chairs in the room is a selling point. The room/bathroom more than suitable for our needs. We have been married long enough for twin beds not be a problem."

"I know its well said but I never sleep as well as I do in a Premier Inn bed- lovely clean room big bed lovely hot water for a bath-esepcially needed after highland walking with a 7 year old- ideally situated for travelling and getting back on the road and I know I'm a simple person but you can never go wrong with a premier inn breakfast!"

"Facilities: old Hygiene: average Environment: An isolated place, a good place for the elderly to gather and retire Service: The front desk manager's service attitude was not good. He was not satisfied with the two room arrangements. The first time was a side room with only half a large window. The second time was a smaller room after communication with Ctrip. The suitcase was opened and there was nowhere to put it. 😭 The advantage is that the breakfast is Scottish 😌."
